I had to download this for work, and honestly I hate it. The mobile clock-in/out is fine, but requesting time off is literally impossible. I just want to take a specific date off, not have every day of the week it falls on as off. Would much prefer it being an actual calender, where you can click on a day/days and have a request time off or specific hours option. Call me old-school but i still much prefer a physical time clock and filling out request time off sheets.

One of the worst apps I've ever used, getting locked out lost me a full hour of my time, I'm sick our business connected this app to payroll. Do not download for countless reasons, not to mention the fee money grab for early pay. Zero stars
app used to work perfectly. It took a bit of tweeking before I got notifications set the way I wanted them and for 3 years I had absolutely no issues...until the new update. Now, in order to use it it will cost me $500+ to buy a new phone!! VERY UPSET!!! No way I can afford a new phone, and the website is so screwed up I can barely use it to clock in...everything else is useless. UPDATE; My review states how screwed up the website is...their solution is "Use it anyway".

frustrating, I know my employer has added me to a team I was there when she did however the app keeps saying I'm not on a team, don't have an hourly wage and basically I work get paid but it can't find me worthless truly.
worked just fine up until yesterday, I logged on and it won't let me in. I tried resetting the password request and I'm not getting any responses. I used the chat option and followed all the directions, from clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall and nothing. I need this app for my job and it's very frustrating.

It now makes me log in with a text or email verified code every time I use the app, which is constantly wasting my time. If you have this issue or any other account problems you can't talk to a person, it's trash ai only even if you request a human. You can't even reset your password with their own prompts on their own app. The issue has still not been resolved.
STOP CHANGING THINGS. Every week I have to relearn how to navigate the app and the site. Stop it... get some help.
I want to write a basic schedule it wont allow you must input invites emails and phone numbers too much.
Other people have the same problem with the AI system. They tell you to request to speak to someone and then tell you how you aren't eligible to speak to a person. Homebase if you have actual people reading these reviews, put some actual work into the app cause its all faulty at the seams.
This app is trash, it tells you that you can borrow multiple times from your pay, then when you try to it won't allow you and it's too hard to get a hold of customer service for help
cannot clock in on android devices. error message you can not clock in outside the grid area while well within the grid

since the 5.1 update it will not allow me to clock in or out while standing in my office at work. checked a phone that doesn't have the update and it works fine. please help

I can't use this app anymore because it's been upgraded to Android 12. Kind of useless now.
super buggy app. was grate for the first year and a half i needed to use it. then i stopped getting team messages not knowing i wasnt getting them. had to update the app and lost text message notifications. and since that update almost every month it wont let me log in and i need to delete the app and re-download
I'm here to write another review this has to be the most crooked app on here I've been stuck in a constant cash repayment loop because you guys take my money EVERY SINGLE TIME and now I'm about to be evicted and I'm trying to save my rent and NOW YOU GUYS SAY MY BANK IS INELIGIBLE FOR DEPOSIT?! what kind of app says that you need 8 days of transactions to have it eligible to get your money back? Honestly don't waste time with this app the customer support sucks and they mess with your funds

This is an awful app. Yes, it hangs up. Yes, it has issues opening. Yes, their support is AI and is WORTHLESS. I cannot stress that part enough. Functionality... all sorts of issues. Additionally, why do employers use an app that preys on their employees?! This app estimates your running income and attempts to entice employees into taking out weekly loans. I have several coworkers stupid enough to have gotten wrapped up in this and now chase their repayment obligations. BEWARE!
This has been a horrible experience, their customer service is awful. They have continually failed to resolve issues to pay our state unemployment contributions. I've been sending them all the notices I get from the state for the last 6 months and it continues to be an issue. Furthermore their scheduling UI is slow and clumsy. Even if you set default roles, it doesn't apply them. It randomly seems to switch from AM to PM, so be careful you're not putting people on 14 hour shifts!

Why can't this be added onto a smart watch?
Why no dark mode? Practically zero customization of anything outside of what notifications you want to see. Turned off all notifications because the settings for them never actually worked. Never used the Messages feature, so I'm not sure about that.
Works pretty good for scheduling but since my company changed pay programs and set my payday to another day, I'm not allowed to cash out and my cash advance was paid. They don't have a way to tell you a timeframe nor manually fix it which isn't convenient for people who need a little bit of their paycheck before payday.
It Stop letting me in Since January and it talks about MFA or my phone number doesn't work.
