Depuis la mise à jour avec la refonte UI, 9 fois sur 10 l'accueil ne se charge pas correctement, surtout sur la vue "now" de la consommation électrique. J'ai soit une erreur "GraphQL... ", soit juste rien. Je dois systématiquement rafraîchir, voire fermer et relancer. C'est extrêmement pénible.

no day data for Goodwe converter
Tried to install a P1 meter and it doesn't show up in the app. The meter is successfully connected to the router, which can be checked in the router admin. The device however never shows up in the app. Tried about 20 times with different routers, SSIDs and password. Reinstalling the app didn't work either. I am returning this product.
Since the latest update: "Could not render graph" 👍 I tried to contact support, but the chatbot only displayed irrelevant FAQ articles, and I couldn’t get in touch with a real person. This is disappointing, especially since I paid for both the dongle and the HomeWizard+ subscription.
die hardware zu der App macht Probleme und der Support ist sehr zäh, täglich neue Sachen die man probieren muss bis der defekt des Geräts anerkannt wird, zuvor muss man ewig mit dem bot herum schlagen, um überhaupt zu einem Mitarbeiter zu kommen um dann mit dem Mitarbeiter ähnliche Tests durchzuführen wie zu vor mit dem bot

last update broke the app. slow unresponsive data missing no updates.
Bad change of interface with last update, most useful info simply removed from screen.
sinds een paar updates werkt de ondersteuning niet meer voor Goodwe omvormers, hier wordt ook al enkele maanden niks aan gedaan. Let goed op of je omvormer (nog) ondersteund wordt.
connecting does not work by following simple steps. p1 port is enabled. worked before with luminus. should tell me exactly why connection is failing... now just generic connection issue message...
Kan er iemand het probleem van de landscape portrait mode nu eens voor altijd oplossen. Of maak alle features in de browser beschikbaar, want dit maakt iedereen lastig.
already 2 months no integration anymore with solax even though I keep (kept) paying. The app is pretty much useless now (if you have solax devices).

I just experienced a full screen ad popup. I pay for this app!! This is simply unacceptable. If not solved, I will switch to my Homey, they also have P1 meter now, or to my HomeAssistant set-up.
very basic info in the app. 2 days of info. if you want more you gotta pay. not really worth the money if you only want to view the current consumption ( max 2 days)

Solar consumption graph is completely broken and the helpdesk is of no use as you only get to talk to robots or robot-like humans.
Since the newest update the realtime usage isn't realtime anymore and stays frozen on values for really long time does not update in realtime

Wat mij stoort is dat de ontwikkeling traag gaat, er lijken amper features bij te komen. bv piektarief realtime tonen. In de Realtime-view staat er bij heel wat meters dat de data enkel in de da g-view kan getoond worden, is het dan zo moeilijk om die gewoon te verbergen? Hetzelfde met de webpagina, er is amper vooruitgang de laatste 2 jaar.
Fronius inverter cannot be added 😐
Actually it is a great application, but unfortunately it is not possible to change the language. It picks the language from the system, but the translation status it not 100% and the quality at some points is very weak. I would like to change it to english...

Sadly can't get it to work, just hangs infinitely after picking my location.

Too many issues since recent times. starting the app loads 'old data'. Having to forcefully close the app in order for the data to be refreshed to current. there have been several server issues lately. its annoying. It'd be nice if a self hosted serer would be made available .
when switching to 'now' app needs to be restarted frequently otherwise 'now' display is stuck . latest version and running on S4 ultra UI 8.0 . same problem I'm both tablets ...
the app works, but not all products connected to it. You can buy products from this company, but after purchase service is awful. you can only expect nice communication compains, but not fast and reliable fixes of technical problems. very disappointed at the moment
Why not have a version with some more functions at a low extra cost? This app does not help to map and investigate energy usage at all.

location selection does not work. screen stays blanc.
Used to be quite good, if you don't combine it with a spiked module it still is. But the solax connection hasn't worked for ages. homewizard and solax point to eachother... Connection between solax and homey works fine, as does the main app. So for now, I'm cancelling my subscription
it's a pitty there are no widgets on android. also, would be great that the P1 meter is compatible with plug and play batteries like zendure
It looses connection to my inverter all the time. Puts it as offline even if I can see in the app for the inverter that it is producing as it should
