I love honest greens, but I hate this trend of everything being an app nowadays. There is literally no point for this app to exist. That being said, it works fairly OK. edit: oh I don't mind doing things digitally at all. my point is this app could have been a website instead of forcing everyone to install stuff on their phones

There are 9 restaurants of this chain in Portugal, but unfortunately, the app and the loyalty program do not work here. Priority ordering through the app is also unavailable. This is disappointing, as it limits the experience for both local and visiting customers

Hice el pedido por la aplicación y, cuando llegó el paso de pagar, me pidió que abriera la aplicación del banco, y, cuando ésta lo autorizó, la aplicación de Honest Greens no reflejó el pedido como pagado. Solicité ayuda en el Honest Greens de Gran Vía, pero no me solucionaron el problema. Lo intenté con distintas tarjetas de crédito. Me parece una pérdida de tiempo. No me parece serio que funcione mal una aplicación después de que les he dado tantos datos míos.

Update: when getting your montly free protein ball, you need to restart the app for it to apply. One less star. It would be an OK app for ordering, except when specifying a delivery address, even when entering precise address with zip code and city, it sometimes offers you a different location on the Confirm location screen, which cannot be modified (nor interacted with). This is really horrible UX. Just take the address as text data, not the one from visual map data.

Does not work in Portugal! I find it disappointing that the chain includes Portugal locations but doesn't roll out basic infrastructure (like the app and the loyalty programme) to these locations. There is no excuse in 2024 guys.

Can you integrate with Google Pay??... Oh it is a god awful experience to set a new Edenred card: get card number, log into edenred, get edenred verification, fill in manually the 4 card details fields in hg app, payment process stops, edenred requires an extra verification. 5min later... Man. Speechless. A decent UX should consider the very beginning of the user Journey: where am I getting the card details from in the first place. Instead: Google Pay, thumb verif, done.

The 10% discount on the first order simply does not work and when you appeal they can only do a delayed credit. If you have issues on subsequent orders you are told to use chat facility which is onerous when items are not available. Best not use the app post first order.
