App worked great for the first few months, but now constantly crashing and when I reinstalled the app in an attempt to fix the issue, now can't log in even though it is connected to my Google. No response from the Admin either.
I paid for a yearly subscription but the app is not working at all. I cannot log in or reset my password, and I get an error message. The developer is not responding. I request a full refund.

everything was working great then it stopped downloading receipts. I uninstulled it and then tried to login and couldn't. great idea, poor execution.

I have the paid version of this app but is has stopped working and will not let me log in and as a result have no access to support. I have lost all of the recipes I have accumulated over the past year. Very disappointed. Stay away.

Paid for a year and my subscription has been suspended emailed them and have not heard back from them to understand the reason.
With no error message or any warning the account api key was suspended and now I can't properly search, import or do anything. waste of money. The stupid support doesn't even reply the reports. Wasted cause. I paid a freaking RM 180 (about USD 50)
I thought this app was the answer to my recipe saving problems. it worked like a charm for a couple weeks and then just stopped working at all. it was kind of expensive for it to only work 2 or 3 weeks. my email to support went unanswered. I am so disappointed!

While I enjoyed this app for a month or so, and even paid for the subscription for unlimited uploads, this app stopped referring the uploads since a day ago. Thinking it was an account problem, logged out and tried logging in again. But to no avail. Even trying to reset the password failed. What's up? It's as though the database and server for this app has disappeared. Buyer beware.
app continues to stall. got half of my recipes on there and cant even use the app

Okay. I thought that the problem was on my end. I was having problems trying to get recipes into a folder, it stated I was offline even though I am online. I uninstalled and reinstalled, now I cannot even log in. I left the beta due to, I thought the problem was there. Nope. Now I cannot access my account. Cannot log in now. Please help
I was logged into Honeydew on my phone and it stopped downloading recipes and started malfunctioning, I did all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. Logged and tried to log back in and now it won't let me log back n or update a password. Tried to email support and the email bounced. I've paid for this subscription for a year and I'm only halfway through. I can't even get support.

pissed. payed the money now I can't even open the app. I will be filling for a refund. I meal prep and have a vas community that I was going to get to down load it but I will not back anything that I can only use a week then crash. totally disappointed

Garbage App. Haven't been able to upload recipes for weeks, tried different phones and different methods to upload and nothing works.
Use to love the app today when I went to pull up a recipe it told me I was offline (I'm not) the I logged out and it won't let me connect my Google account back 😡 I click my name but it does nothing just sets there

first you have to login and then they'll say you have to pay for it. Disgusting. this should be officially disallowed by law.

3 day trial with a commitment to pay $50/year requirement. this is too much for not even being able to just use it once. terrible policy, 1star.
I tried to use the app but it immediately was forcing me to take a stupid quiz instead of letting me try the app. Your ads already got me to download the app. The advertising already worked. Forcing me to take a marketing quiz before I could even try the app out drove me away. I will not be trying this app again. please don't waste our time like this. Edit: In response to the comment below this, that's great but I don't want to take a personality test to have access to the app. it drove me away
Original recipe ingredients are in grams. After importing into Honeydew, all became ml. 😡 And mine is a paid version.
Subscription only you cannot even test it without agreeing to subscribe they offer you three days then Bill you for $85. Not interested in subscribing to anything without testing it first.
u have to get a sub for 3 days and try out the pro version.. and in case u forget to cancel u will get charged.. i would try the free version but without the pro for 3 days

I would love to give the app more stars and would def amend it if it fixes the current bug/outage issue. Ive paid for the subscription but haven't been able to log in the last 3 days.... the app kept showing offline. that said, when it was working well. it was such a fantastic app and lifesaver for my meal planning
Worked perfectly and paid for a subscription until two days ago when my account was logged out and unable to sign in again. I have no idea who to contact and how to get support.

I accidentally didn't cancel the standing instruction, but after money is debited, I still didn't get the subscription. please help. I have also mailed the support with proof
