I've been trying for over a week to reschedule a flight. I've talked to multiple agents multiple times a day, and each gives me conflicting information and says "actually, that was wrong and there was something nobody told you to do that you needed to do". I still haven't managed to change my flight, and I just got an email (seconds ago) saying that the case was closed for no reason. I've used Hopper for years, but I'm not using it again.

so the entire slogan of this app is that prices are so cheap they don't hide any fees. yet I was about to book a hotel in Vegas for 60 dollars a night and thank God I noticed the fine prints just before paying that the hotel will charge me 57 dollars per night as resort fees plus taxes. good thing that prices are clear and they do not hide any fees🤪🤪🤪

Being from India, I cannot make that call. There is no one on chat available apart from the virtual assistant. Cherry on top, NO support email ID to escalate the issue.
not cheaper in the slightest
needs to allow users to add hotels booked through virgin or external to the app. useless for me. even though the hooper confirmed email says use the app
I booked the wrong location for my hotel stay. I was told I would have to cancel the reservation and pay a 40% fee.
Avoid this app like the plague. Tried to make a 3 day 2 night hotel reservation, my first vacation since pre-covid. Set the date for mid-July. selected the hotel, found the room, selected payment, made the reservation. Then got confirmation it was for literally tonight. one night. At some point the date got scrambled or it just decided the room I wanted was available tonight, not July, or something. I'm stuck with a room I can't use and it is resisting any attempt to change or cancel.

I have been using this app for years. Until recently I never had an issue. I tried booking through the app and received errors of connectivity, but I was still charged and it did not show up in the app. I was charged twice. The customer service agent kept interrupting me and yelling over me. I literally told him to stop yelling at me. Then they said there is nothing they can do. So lost a ton of money with the error and being on the phone getting charged. they didn't care
Don’t ever use hopper they are the worst of the worst customer service terrible they talk over you and just straight up lie to keep your money them insurances they want you to buy is BS me, my wife, my 9month old baby, and my ESA got a terrible room in Madison wi comfort inn suites airport they have blood stains on the curtains left old food in the refrigerator the appliances was beat up it smelled like somebody died hopper did the bare minimum about the situation 0/10 would not recommend
This company uses deceptive pricing when booking hotels. They state price includes all fee, however, they sneak in fine print that states additional charges like resort fees will be collected when checking it. This is not the definition of all fees included.
NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!?! So mad at myself for trying this company again. Last years vacation: rental car in San Diego not available, never got a refund. Couldn't stay in the hotel we booked. Unflushed full toilet, poo stains on bed, 3 months to get refund. This year rental car company (Dollar) required a 500.00 dollar deposit at pick up and tried to add another 138.00 for insurance (car and insurance prepaid) my receipt says I should only pay 52.00 at pick up).

hopper is officially the app to use if you want them to take your money! The customer service is very poor. Is it me or no one from America is in Cust. service anymore. They dont know how to talk to you! Then they break out the small print which was no where to be found when making your booking! I will not give my money to them to employ another rude idiot. Nor to help them get the hotels richer by taking from people who cant afford all the extra fees. Your app you says all fees&taxes included

worst experience ever. This is a ripoff the app had a "glitch" within 5bsec of my first use and I was out of town and asked for a supervisor was put on hold but could hear associated listening before saying something to his colleagues and he heard my voice and pretended to be fixing the issue however nothing happened. I wouldn't use this app if you value your money.
Hopper Cost Me $10,000!! I purchased 3 tickets via Hopper from Birmingham England to Chicago. Total cost= $1,000. I arrived at the airport 3 hours early as I knew security could be bad. I was denied a boarding pass as Hopper didn't apply the eTicket to my confirmation number correctly. I had to buy new tickets home directly via the airline, and spend a night in a hotel. Total additional cost was over $10k.
I haven't used this app yet but I Do Recall Kevin Samuels Highly recommending it so I know it will be use perfect timing 😏
this app is the biggest rip off ever I paid double what I should have. this app ain't nothing but a dam scam app. anyone using this app just be prepared to pay an additional amount once you get to hotel. I could have gotten the hotel cheaper paying cost at hotel b

Trying to book a trip and every listing that pops up in the search shows "not available" or price is massively different. It makes the search unusable for large events.
