Booked hotel through the app, get to our destination and the hotel was overbooked. Hotel staff said they reached out to hopper to cancel our reservation a month ago but hopper never contacted me or canceled the reservation. Hopper customer service was not helpful and hard to understand. They tried to find me another booking but would not give any discount even though the last minute prices were much higher than when we booked. Will not use this service again
Terrible, you can never get an English speaking person or a supervisor when you have an issue and you definitely will at one point, I can assure you . The agents are nasty and just keep saying "not possible"when you request help.

There is no way to contact customer support if booking from India, no email, chat option is available, only generic AI stupid assistant. Calling US number is not feasible and extremely costly
if I could give zero stars I would. horrible service. our hotel was absolutely disgusting and there was no care from the hopper team to find us a new hotel at the same price or refund our money. instead they simply told us to checkout at 2:30 in the morning if we want our money back with no help of where to go. pathetic excuse for a so called "service" I will be continuing to try and get my money refunded. never using them again.
I was taking for my money and I booked a room out here because it was so cheap and I called the motel and they said they don't, we don't do online for booking with hopper and hopper took my money and they don't want to give my money back and the motel said, give her our money back and they still won't give my money back. Make itmake sense, so y'all do not use this app.
don't waste your time no deals worth downloading an app
I will never use this app again. There were so many issues. I was separated from my kids on the outbound flight because we somehow ended up with different booking numbers. I paid for the option to change for any reason, then had to fight to actually get it changed when we needed to push our return flight back. They told me changes and cancellations have to be done through the airline, but the airline app didn't even show my booking number. So frustrating.
paid extra for the VIP service. absolutely not a VIP service. been waiting 8 weeks and have reached out multiple times no response. "We would like to investigate but you have to call us as we won't respond to any of the 7 emails you've already sent"

I love this app but can no longer scroll down to see the price prediction. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and it still doesn't work
stay 10 nights, get 1 night free.... not quite. multiple phone calls and zero voucher provided. despite the app guiding me to book my free night, I was charged full price and unable to complete my stay. don't hold your breath and don't expect them to make it right with this promo. just book through the hotels website and take advantage of the points they offer.
