Very disappointing service. Delivery was available at my address and pincode, but when it came to return pickup, they refused and said return service is not available for my pincode. Instead, they asked me to arrange and pay for courier myself. This is completely unfair and misleading. If delivery is possible, return pickup should also be possible. order cancellation option not showing in order page
worst experience with the delivery, they kept me calling after 10 pm after the working hours no one spoke after picking up the call and they simply mentioned their that no one was there to answer the calls or to receive order even after calling to the customer service they said your order is canceled now you will not get the call still they kept me calling for 5 days that also after the working hours do you guys deliver orders at 10 or 11 pm ?? Disgusting
