Pension scam, my money never grew. It is only the money my employer and I have contributed. Hostplus is pocketing the interest of the people's money
Installed the app but can't login. App says "We're currently having temporary issues with our digital services, but are working quickly to sort them out". Called customer support. First time they said there are no issues, and that I must uninstall and reinstall. No change. I called customer support again and they said there IS a problem with the app and I must try again 'after a while'. It's been days now.
I would never recommend anyone use Hostplus. Trying to access your money after jumping through all the hoops is an absolute abomination. I've been phoning for 2 weeks, made numerous complaints and always fed the same ridiculous moniker that its being elevated and we will get back to you. Never a peep. Its criminal that they get away with it for so long, I've now reached out to AFCA for assistance.
the app has been unusable for the past 3 days repeatedly says something about a technical difficulty can't log in can't do anything we're currently having issues about 6 days now it is not a login issue it is an app issue I have installed the application on two phones and on two phones have registered the application it used to work fine and now it doesn't I have it on a Motorola and on a ZTE the application is not working
hopeless app. Not all menus are visible. Support agent said to use a PC so why have an app? A billion dollar fund and they can't design an app properly? Give me a break! if there was an option for zero stars that's what they would get!
gave up on it as it keeps saying there's a temporary issue that's been going on for weeks. i can't get into it.
Installed and uninstalled a few times and still the same problem. It used to work fine until a few fortnights ago. I can log in on the website. Please fix the problem cause it is a bit of a problem getting through to you.
I can't login for months now, it kept telling me "unable to login". I tried resetting the password via text, email and voicemail but nothing came to my inbox and email despite the app saying it sent me the reset mail.
been with heaps of supers never had a problem these guys have 'losted' $1500 of mine highly recommended go else were 🤣
Absolutely terrible experience! Their system is unreliable. When things go wrong, their customer service is non-existent-no answers to inquiries, no support, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored when you need help. Avoid this company at all costs.
This was working well until a couple of weeks ago. I keep getting a message saying unexpected error when I try to open the app. Is anyone else getting this?

Customer service is pathetic, don't bother with hostplus
Same issue as stated in other reviews. Worked fine for 2 years and then I applied for a pension. Has not worked since then. Called the hotline and spoke on Webchat (website still works). Uninstalled/reinstalled the app twice on both phone and tablet to no avail. Also tried deleting app cache and data before reinstalling. Not sure where to go from here. Clearly its a systematic error to do with starting a pension but nobody can help. App on Wifes phone/tablet works fine until we use my details.
Ok. let gave it a try. can't even log in. Get the unexpected error message like the others.
I have been using the App for some time now. 3 week ago I set up a TTR acc and on the same day I could no longer get onto the app. All I get is a message stating "Unexpected error we are currently having temporary issues with our digital services. but we're working quickly to sort them out.Apologies. and thank you for your patience.
