Do not use this app, as they will edit your personal info without consent. You will be able to make a reservation with hotel number but then there is no way to cancel the reservation if you don't have a personal Japan number (service provider lied to me my SIM comes with number). I expected to be charge for a fee because of no show, then something worse happened, they changed my name into something disrespectful.
