your system is rubbish the doctor send me a like to provide credit card details and when i try to use the link it says i can not use it so now i have to great lengths to visit the doctor
The recent update has defaulted, when looking to plan appointments to book ahead, which is something many people need to do, to going down to a separate screen that requires you to scroll all the way back up to find the doctor and times that you were looking for every single time you scroll across on their available appointment list. The update has broken an app that was otherwise very useful. This information will be passed on the clinic.
Can't find my local clinic at all with the updated site. Had no problems previously.
Caused a Confidentiality breach with my doctor. have sent feed back. absolutely furious.
Hate! It used to be so easy to book available appointments just by selecting my favourite GP and Dentist centre and seeing all available appointments across all GP's and Dentists. Now that option is gone and it's so hard to navigate to. Was once 1 click is now like 10! Hate! Hate! Hate! It only works if you have a favourite clinician not a favourite centre!
