having a very hard time logging in with my info and I know my info. it says something about needing authorization and a manager. So I am unable to see my schedule

I used hot scheduled for 2 years, and just downloaded it again for my new job. Now it will not let me log in through the app, although my manager has input all of my information correct. I get an error that says "your profile is only authorized for application use" which.. I AM ON THE APP lol. I can't really use my browser because it shuts down on me. Please help ASAP with the customer service phone number.

I cannot log in, the app says that "user account is only authorized for the HotSchedules application". My managers don't know either. It seems to me that there are a lot of logging in issues that you guys should really fix. Please let me know if you have any idea on what to do. The website is fine except the fact that it shows when I come in but not when I get off? Your reviews are horrible so please update asap, there shouldn't be this much trouble just to check your schedule, not even game apps have this many issues.
