Gas cylinder deliveries in Goa, Calangute- Porbavaddo, Palmarinha are restricted to Friday. Its 10:30am and I'm still waiting patiently. Delivery in this area is between 08:00 and 08:30am. Moreover, the delivery labor do not speak Konkani or Marathi. How are they getting jobs in Goa with only Hindi?

Very bad experience. OTP doesn't come when trying to register. Always shows error when trying to pay that SDK not initialized.
Worst experience with HP Pay. I'm unable to get new LPG GAS Connection through HP Pay app. It says new LPG Connection request is unavailable on HP pay after getting filled all the form details. Why they can't inform on the initial page itself. There is no any official announcement on main page. Why wasting time of users. I emailed also but no resolution.
This is a very useless app, gas is not booked properly and gas of other numbers is not book, it is a bad service.

not recommended to all -my money wasted while adding the wallet, beware it's fraud app, because customer care and petrol agency won't help you while you transfer the money, agency said money not received, customer care said money send, atlast ours only waited in a petrol agency over a 10 mins not recommended to anyone.
02/05/2026 Hello Sir/Madam, I have completed 25 days since my last LPG booking, and earlier the app was showing that I could book a new cylinder after 25 days. However, now the app is showing a 45-day waiting period. I urgently need an LPG cylinder, and this sudden change is causing inconvenience. Kindly check and resolve this issue as soon as possible so that I can proceed with the booking. Thank you.
very slow app.i tried to book cylinder aporox 1 month but every time showing message 'there is no open booking'.why made app if booking not possible?

i Booked a lpg cylinder and after someday it was showing that gas is Delivered but I have not received the cylinder at my registered address. Even i didn't get a refund 😭. very bad experience. Even support team didn't helped me(didn't resolve problems)
maine 23 /3/2026 ko gas cylender booking kiya hai bohot baar complaint kar chuka hu or agancy bolti hai delivery ho gaya hai par mujhe gas cylender abhi mila hi nahi hai aaj 29/4/2026 ho gaya hai par gas nahi mila hai agency reply kar raha hai gas cylender delivered ho gaya hai without otp ke gas cylender kaise delivered batana kitna froud kar rahe hai asu agency ka bohot hi bekar service hai

Very pathetic app, not crediting happy coins from April 2026.. After calling repeatedly received same answer - happy coins currently disabled. I have already sent email with transaction details but no positive response. I think we should lodge complaint against them in consumer forum..

I can't access HP pay app to order gas for family back home in India as I try to launch it in UK. Please help
Please add direct money transfer options like Gpay, Phone Pay. It is not comfortable to add money to the wallet and make payments through it.
