Badly designed - 1. no way to remove or update cards, 2. no way to add an alternate phone number
सबसे बेकार गैस कंपनी है पहले OTP आ जाता था अब 2 घंटा इंतजार करना पड़ता है गैस गोदाम में सिर्फ OTP के लिए।

How to make money from customers. Ans: Make ekyc unavailable through app and forcefully have to visit the distributor where they make us to buy some product in return for doing ekyc. The aadhar copy which they collected during the new connection is not at all useful now. Wow

very bad,I have booked gas on 10th June 26 and payment also done, but gas celender not received till 25th June and no response from Gas agency or h.p.delear.company every time says select extra amount.

ghatiya app, not suitable for business application... it is so bad in use, each and every time lack the application.... they have no logic to use.... very bad application... please update or upgrade to new version, that's really proper work...... very bad application, everytime issue, not work properly.... kindly close the application...

terrible app, tried 5 times so far to register for a new HP connection. every time after filling the form an error pops up. don't upload your app on playstore if you can't even handle the primary purpose of the app. edit 22June2026 - tried again today,still no improvement. pathetic app.

After successfully recharging my wallet, I was unable to make a payment using the wallet balance. The app repeatedly displayed the error message: "Please select the product." However, there was no product dropdown available to select anything, and the outlet name was not being displayed either. HP Gas ekyc does not work. It keeps loading and then fails. There is no other eKYC option. Order delivery status check fails most of the time. This app needs work to make even basic functionality work.

I'm not able to book my gas since couple of days. Whenever I try to open this app it's showing "service not available". My gas is about to end in couple of days now so how I can i book my HP gas..?? Please do the needful as early as possible as I can book my gas through HP PAY..🙏🙏
I am wondering how did this app got 4 rating when everyone giving single rating . I am trying to login from many years. which is not possible. I know booking and payment have to be done manually at door step by paying extra for gas man or else this business can't run smoothly. waste of app money

UI-wise, your app looks like it time-traveled from 2003! Maybe take some tips from the Indane app-it has smooth moves. You should hire a better UI designer to make it look modern. As I mentioned before, review the Indane app and take inspiration from it; a good UI designer will handle this well.
