would have given zero star had there been an option. did not expect this kind of fraudulent trade practice from such a reputed brand like HP. had been a loyal customer of HP for more than two decades.

App works 20% of the time, that might be good enough for HP, but I won't be buying another printer of theirs. App is clunky, works intermittently and controls are non-intuitive. Disappointing.

its always prints very low quality. If i set to besy qualitu if prints one quarter print on one page by enlarging it.

Forgets settings every time my Wi-Fi goes down or has to be restarted. Found a 3rd party app that works much better
The app removed my printer and now I can't reinstall it. It is not recognized anymore. HP is useless to fix this. My printer is 5 years old. Never buying HP again. ZERO STARS.
Really poor implementation. (Fairly typical of my experience of HP). Often won't print. Orientation and page-fit functions don't work as they should. Everything feels like it was coded in the 90s and never improved.
Most times it won't let me print and when it does print, the margins are off no matter what paper size I pick. Too many hours wasted trying to print basic documents; seemingly, app isn't consistent. Very frustrating.
Very poor performance recently with HP 583 Printer... takes >2 min for one page print... 2nd page is printed only in the upper 1/10th of any A4 sheet (rest of the page being white), while declaring the job either "success" or "error"!! Oh, don't even think of the third page of a print job: printer option gets vanished only!! one can only restart the printer, wait for 4-5 min.. Direct printing is worse: takes > 6 min for the 1st page, followed by the same story... Extremely disappointed...

Despite setting it to the correct A4 paper format and trying every setting, it will only print as a quarter of the size. Used to work in the past, still does from PC. Affects P1102w.
Doesn't work! I've been using HP for years and no matter how many times I've uninstalled and reinstalled this plug-in, it won't even fully open! I haven't been able to do what I used to do in MONTHS!
it's been really really bad lately. It doesn't want to wifi or USB connect. It takes an hour or so to connect just to print out a document.
Please fix, now prints emails very large and across multiple pages

Awful. It's incredibly difficult to use. each time I come back I have to log back in, find my printer again, then it only prints one page before it completely stops working.

HP: Great hardware, HORRIBLE software. Been like that for 25 years.
Used to work great now it doesn't print from my phone at all but works on the tablet & computer just fine (and yes im connected to wifi).
