Many glitches. It's really frustrating to use.
getting errors the whole time when trying to log in. also keep getting frozen white screen. Also cant change my password. tried un and reinstalling a few times but keep getting errors.
extremely bad app when I log in ot keeps refreshing to log me back out so its a constant log in log out the whole time. it's a unusable app.
Not working
The app is very slow. Up to 30 seconds lag time whenever I click on any button. Also very weird that I can't find the app icon in my phone despite having installed it. The only way I can access it is through Google Play. Just got a reply that the problems have been fixed with the newest update. I'm still experiencing the same issues despite having the most recent version.
Updated review Sept 2024. Still not fixed. I have to delete previous review to write this. Why were topic headings removed in V3. I don't care about emojis we do care about being able to find things. With 70k users in our membership Topic headings are essential. The search process is flawed. Profiles used to be public so we could tag other members. Now they are private and members don't know this. I don't recommend Huddle as a community app at all. There are better ones out there.
Since the most recent updates, I can't watch any videos and therefore cannot continue studying while I really need this information. Please fix this
Not phone friendly
This app crashes every time I try to open my course content. I'm better off using my browser.
Good in parts, poor in others. Unable to reply to reply with a pic, it has to be a new comment on the topic. The latest update is a disaster. When I opened the app before the 'newsfeed' of new topics and replies were displayed. That's gone. Tapping a notification doesn't display the relative reply. It jumps to the topic at start of thread. Replies are all over the place and not where they should be. It's ruined my use of the app. We have thousands of members. Update locked training modules

The second video as I scroll down a module is tiny but there is no option to get the video to fill the screen, and I can't zoom in on the video. This makes the footage so tiny that it is impossible to learn anything from watching it and I'm relying on audio only. Also, I have to keep touching the screen to stop it from timing out whilst a video is playing, but I don't have this problem on other apps like youtube.
