hunger box + digital rupees is the worst combination ever, we need to order food in our own food court with the only option hunger box, which can be easily done via scanning and paying direct to the outlet, but to make it more complex it has been made compulsory using hunger box and digital rupee the makers of these applications are torturing ICICI employees. The worst thing is that it is having 13-14 touch points and every point buffers a lot and takes almost 5 mins to complete the payment. 👎

Worst service by the contractors in Wipro Phase 2 Pune. No shejwan chatni with hakka noodle they are giving tomato ketchup with it and providing spoon to each hakka noodle no fork available. Pathetic taste as well.
Worst app ever created.
You should record the feedback anonymously or give the option to provide ratting and feedback anonymously. The company or vendor should not see the name of the person. This is against the privacy rules of citizens and as per government regulations to protect the identity of individuals.
The vender is costly with bad quality
Bad UI/UX. It's a hassle to order some days, I have to change the time of the day for a few counters. This is extremely unnecessary and I'm not even sure how or who is harvesting user data. The company and the app is solving a problem that doesn't exist.
When I opened the app, it asked for company code, after providing the same it asked for the username and password, I tried with the windows creds, but that did not work. Then I tried to reset the password and gave the mail id to receive the OTP, but then it asked to use SSO login, but there is no place in the app where I could see the SSO option.
The Accenture bdc 10 a cafeteria is so worst in hygiene for night shift employees, this app does not even allow to share any complaints on the orders, worst cafeteria service and supported by this app..
something changed today. it shifted to the lite version today and it is pretty much unusable now. perfect job and ruining a perfectly operational app
new user interface update on 16th april is not good and very confusing, old interface was best and easy for use. testing interface during employee lunch time and their is no balance view available very bad.
payment failed issue

The food quality is not good most of the time. The food counter closes before the scheduled time on many occasions. Snacks are often not available. The waiter is not serving properly at the Suki counter. The coupon system is not being managed in an orderly manner. There is no change in the menu - it is the same food, same chutney, and same sambar every day. This feedback is regarding the Chennai CP2 branch.
Frequent refund issue with this app, UPI refund not credited. already shared transaction details with hunger box team but no response from the team. It's already been around one month . refund is still pending showing on app as well
why can't I do payment with cred or pop upi

3rd class application. high price with very low quality and no improvement with thousands of feedbacks.
Third class service pethatic i order from jigni canteen and no one was present in the counter then i went away and other was not delivered customer support sucks they cannot see my order scamming people i want to report about this to someone petahic experience with you people and customer support
Other UPI options have been removed and I'm unable to add upi id to pay via other apps. Only few UPI apps are displayed in payment option

In sattva knowledge park , people are not available at the HUNGER X HUNGER counter, but order is accepted and shown preparing order in the app. In the sri chat factory, order is accepted and when I go there, they say the item is not available and refund option is also not there
most of the time payments fails and most slow app ever seen
one of the worst platform out there. didn't even refunded my amount after emails and queries. This is highly unprofessional and the app is also full of glitches that whenever I add something in cart it doesn't show up right away instead have to refresh to get it in the cart to proceed further.

I was hoping to add credit card as payment option apart from just upi as payment mode and most of the times unable to connect due to server issue or what I don't know. also product with EGG as ingredient was listed with green dot.

add card / pluxee card option is not available. do i need to contact support for this minor thing. i would expect your team to check all functions before releasing the app. its such a waste of time .

what a useless app, it's not working whenever I try to use if office,
from experience from manyata ibm d4 bengaluru. the workers tap 'order ready' but when we go to counter they say they are preparing it. I dont think this is how the app was developed
3 times, amount deducted but QR code not received on time, and saying after that your are not collected, there is no option like help or to refund option
Had problems of payment failure several occasions and made repayment only to find out later that it was a double payment.
