I’ve been using this service for years, and as a loyal customer, I’m extremely disappointed with how much the quality has declined. Today, my dessert order was significantly delayed and arrived incorrect. Even after waiting over 2.5 hours, we still couldn’t eat or receive a proper response to our complaint and refund request. This level of service is unacceptable and far below standard. I would not recommend using them.
many times, the delivery is very slow, almost 2 hour at times for a distance of less than 2 miles

This platform is extremely ridiculous. I ordered frozen food, but the courier couldn’t find my address and immediately returned the package to the dispatch city. By the time I received the notification, the courier had just left my door. I contacted customer service right away, but they said the return couldn’t be stopped and the frozen food couldn’t be resent. Even though I received nothing, they still charged me for all the items and an extra £5 return handling fee. Completely unreasonable

Food never came. First of all, I made the mistake of selecting the English mode - prices were not competitive. Then, my food just never came. Driver used an overseas phone number so was uncontactable. Truly got scammed by these clowns.

sick of chasing up orders, orders not being picked up until I expedite it (an hour after order), no way of contacting customer service, no way of contacting vendor (it tells me I'm out of credit). once I get my next stone cold order, due in 20 minutes, it will be over 2 hours late. I will be deleting this app.
very bad, they did not help the drivers
Use ubereasts instead. Hungry panda bad experience, they like to give out free stuff but if you used them before you can't get it. actual experience ordering here is pretty bad

Scam... was instructed to download today and sign up to get free products... but was told I am not eligible for the said free products...
I'm trying to become a driver for this app cannot contact customer service for there is a strong Asian accent and I can't understand what they're saying and they do not repeat their options .once they've send them they dont repeat and if you don't answer they hang up. so if you have a problem your screw I cannot contact customer service .how in this ai time can you be so dysfunction.

this is the worst food app I've been on so far. delivery took 2 HOURS, the pending process took forever. do not recommend. this should be 0 stars imo, and is not the first time delivery has exceeded the waiting time
unfair negative adjustments all the time
I signed up for this app to use the discount at a tea place. I was given a $10off coupon, a $4 off coupon, and the tea place itself advertised $5 off a drink. at checkout none of these discounts applied and they would give an error when trying to use it at checkout. this app is a scam. stay away!

Absolutely ridiculous. My order had been sitting READY in the restaurant for over 30mins before any driver could be bothered to collect it. It then took more than 40mins to be delivered even though I only live 1.5mile from the restaurant.
can't even get past the sign up process
terrible and illogical. delivery fees were twice and 3 times other apps. I wasn't even able to enter my address! so dodgy. instant uninstall.
Avoid - you'll just have to pick your food up yourself anyway because no courier will do it. Stick to Uber eats, deliveroo etc

First 2 riders went sidequesting cheers mate. Driver 1 hung up on me and left me on read, driver twos in narnia, will not be ordering from here again.

Wasting my time since i didn't get a code when i signed up.
Food is good. However the app has so many delivery issues! Every time I'm at the office and order food for my home, it always auto populate the address ignoring my default setting. I need to remember every time to adjust the location. if I forgot one time, it'll deliver to my office! also, a lot of time can't allocate drivers on time, spent hours to deliver the food
I ordered some food and it arrives well over an hour later than the 25 minutes it said it would take, I call the restaurant after the first hour and they said the food was ready but the hungry panda driver isn't there yet, so I gave up and ordering something from a different company (Uber eats), after I received that food and ate it, my original order from hungry panda arrived and it was completely inedible, I asked for a refund and they rejected it without any real explanation. Zero Stars
what a scam for money

Don't total Download this app, its a disaster of an app, for English speakers there is no why to get refunds or make complaints, deliveries are 1hour plus over Uber eats at least and often are delivered by a person other than the one who is supposed to be delivering the order!
Never order from this app, useless app I order the food from restaurant, but food is damage so, I asking for refund but, they take all money from the drivers pocket as a driver told me all this. I fell very bad for drivers As driver they working in very low wages , so, later I cancel the refund but, why they take money from driver like Uber, doordash , menulog and many more apps never take money from drivers so, we have no regret for asking refund !
worst part of this app is the main feature of delivery app. imagine you are super hungry and suddenly there's no ASAP delivery. need to wait 3h until next scheduled delivery. this is cheap app. if you have extra money at the time better consider the competitors, doordash/uber, seriously you can get sick/illness because holding for hungry for $3 cheaper promo.
