They’re stealing money. I used the app just once, yet they enrolled me as a member without my knowledge. So I’ve been paying €8 monthly without knowing, while I never even use the app. And on top of that, they won’t refund me. Total scam
Outrageous service. Delivered hot "cold" noodles after a 1.5-hour delay. I ordered cold noodle soup, because of the platform's delivery delays, the food took 1.5 hours to arrive. By the time it got to me, the ice had completely melted and the soup was literally warm and unsafe to eat. When I requested a completely reasonable refund for the ruined noodles that I can no longer consume, customer service refused. Instead, they insulted me with a $6 coupon that can only be used upon $20 order.
it said coupon but charged you full price
The app and the service used to be great but I haven't used it in about half a year or more and now, it's full of spammy notices. Some restaurants will also cancel after you've placed your order and some will let you order but then show the out of delivery area when you try to check out. They make deleting the app incredibly hard and insist on a phone call to verify. If you decline, they tell you to try again another time. They also won't confirm if your data will be deleted until pressed.

After registering my phone number here I started to get scam chinese calls
The app showed "Free Delivery" when I was browsing, but after I selected the restaurant and proceeded to checkout, a delivery fee was added for the available time slot. If delivery fees apply, they should be shown upfront instead of advertising free delivery. This creates false expectations and makes the ordering process frustrating.

I paid aud 40 for a laksa (After discount) including a roti and the roti didn't arrive then they asked for photo evidence that my roti didn't didn't arrive. how can I prove that something doesn't exist using a camera?
The delivery guys are always late
The restaurant address was incorrect when I went to pick up my order, and I couldn’t find the restaurant’s new address. I tried to contact the restaurant, but I couldn’t get through. After that, I needed help getting a refund, but the app canceled the order and didn’t provide any support, even though this was not my fault.
this is such a scam.. they are giving discount but it is not a real discount... i went to the shop and bought buns and tried ro claim their coupon, but the application prices are higher than the normal prices of those buns.. not worht at all.. such a waste of time and money.. big cheaters

App keeps returning me to login screen even after receiving a successful message. I cant even do anything on it
I’ve been using this service for years, and as a loyal customer, I’m extremely disappointed with how much the quality has declined. Today, my dessert order was significantly delayed and arrived incorrect. Even after waiting over 2.5 hours, we still couldn’t eat or receive a proper response to our complaint and refund request. This level of service is unacceptable and far below standard. I would not recommend using them.

This platform is extremely ridiculous. I ordered frozen food, but the courier couldn’t find my address and immediately returned the package to the dispatch city. By the time I received the notification, the courier had just left my door. I contacted customer service right away, but they said the return couldn’t be stopped and the frozen food couldn’t be resent. Even though I received nothing, they still charged me for all the items and an extra £5 return handling fee. Completely unreasonable
extremely unpleasant experience. try to order food, get hit with a myriad of bugs. finally succeed, app can't seem to find a deliverer. food is growing cold, i'm starting to wish i'd never tried the app, it is a waste of time and money, bordering on being a scam. The outcome of my experience 3 hours wasted, no food and money held in escrow for 3-6 buisness days. What an absolute joke.

Food never came. First of all, I made the mistake of selecting the English mode - prices were not competitive. Then, my food just never came. Driver used an overseas phone number so was uncontactable. Truly got scammed by these clowns.

sick of chasing up orders, orders not being picked up until I expedite it (an hour after order), no way of contacting customer service, no way of contacting vendor (it tells me I'm out of credit). once I get my next stone cold order, due in 20 minutes, it will be over 2 hours late. I will be deleting this app.
very bad, they did not help the drivers
Use ubereasts instead. Hungry panda bad experience, they like to give out free stuff but if you used them before you can't get it. actual experience ordering here is pretty bad

I'm trying to become a driver for this app cannot contact customer service for there is a strong Asian accent and I can't understand what they're saying and they do not repeat their options .once they've send them they dont repeat and if you don't answer they hang up. so if you have a problem your screw I cannot contact customer service .how in this ai time can you be so dysfunction.

this is the worst food app I've been on so far. delivery took 2 HOURS, the pending process took forever. do not recommend. this should be 0 stars imo, and is not the first time delivery has exceeded the waiting time
unfair negative adjustments all the time
I signed up for this app to use the discount at a tea place. I was given a $10off coupon, a $4 off coupon, and the tea place itself advertised $5 off a drink. at checkout none of these discounts applied and they would give an error when trying to use it at checkout. this app is a scam. stay away!

Absolutely ridiculous. My order had been sitting READY in the restaurant for over 30mins before any driver could be bothered to collect it. It then took more than 40mins to be delivered even though I only live 1.5mile from the restaurant.
can't even get past the sign up process
terrible and illogical. delivery fees were twice and 3 times other apps. I wasn't even able to enter my address! so dodgy. instant uninstall.
Avoid - you'll just have to pick your food up yourself anyway because no courier will do it. Stick to Uber eats, deliveroo etc
