Used to work great, but starting February 2026 it stop tracking expenses. I've resynchronized all my accounts and still isn't tracking.

the past couple years this was a great app for simple business tracking (I'm a solopreneur) but this year was a total waste of money. it started when the app required me to reverify all my bank logins. after doing so I realized hundreds of transactions were missing. So I downloaded all my bank info into a an excel spreadsheet to upload, and that didn't work. I tried several times to upload my transactions and got nowhere. support was unhelpful and refused to give a partial refund. im canceling
I've used it for years. All of a sudden, there is a single address 200 miles away that is constantly showing up in my mileage log. I've had three different Fold 6s, enabled precise location, and disabled battery optimization. I am a gig worker and keep careful track of my expenses. This is putting my family in a very bad situation! It's impossible to contact support;After weeks of this issue, multiple locations I go to are being recorded as Humboldt Forest. i love the program when it worked.
It does not record your trips half the time! For months I thought this app worked fine to record my mileage, but after reviewing my work hours with my recorded mileage I am really disappointed! look elsewhere if you need a reliable app to record work mileage. waste of time!! If I could give this app negative stars I would! it will cost you time and money.
Normally this app is good. I desperately needed a receipt I took a picture of and it was not able to retrieve it. I then sent a message to customer service only to get a RIDICULOUS AI Message! UPDATE 12/9/25 **** THIS APP STILL IS UNABLE TO SAVE MY PICTURE RECEIPT. 2ND TIME. NO REMEDY. LAST YEAR USING THIS UNRELIABLE APP!!!
Tabs at bottom of screen are now unreachable behind the phone UI buttons. Hopefully they get this sorted ASAP.
wanted to love this app but I cant even select the tabs because it hides behind my phone's normal bottom bar
This app was great, even to the point of helping with cra inquiries. now it is unreliable, constantly tracking mileage while sitting on a table or nightstand. tech support asked me to do numerous things, I did them all then they said, " guess you can manually delete the trips that are inaccurate." This now makes this an inaccurate app that I cannot depend on. too bad I still have subscription time left.
stopped linking accounting,pd for yearly subscription but now I have to do receipts manually, not happy as been couple weeks and no solution to this issue
It does not work! There is an definite issue with the app working with certain phones. I have a Pixel 9 Pro and every time I opened the app it would error saying "fix issue" to allow running in the background, did that, still doesn't work.
charged me 99.99 this month and no way to contact them about it responding to their response. you are a liar. I in no way changed my subscription. It did happen, without my input. the subscription ended and instead of it being renewed as monthly you chose to renew as yearly. completely scummy move
Inconsistent reports with blanks in location fields so data shows distance but not location. this has been an ongoing issue for years. Constantly a browser history issue. Apparently turned off tracking on its own so ni data for months. has become totally worthless.
used to really like this app now I'm thinking about getting driver's note. why? because I don't like the fact that I have to constantly uninstall it because it's not logging properly. I have 5G plus full bars. and today five trips not logged. try to get a screenshot of my settings. the app won't allow me to go there. uninstalling again and reinstalling.
Was hoping to find something better to track my mileage and just like another person mentioned, it doesn't automatically track them despite following all the steps to allow tracking. What the heck 😤
I've been using this app for a couple of years now, and turning off battery saver and setting it to never sleep don't help with the tracking issues. It's completely random when it decides to track. I'll go and check my mileage for the week and it'll have the entire day missing 3 out 6 days.
Will confirm it's auto calculating your ride, then disappear whrn you go to save it.. Don't pay for premium, not worth it.

I would give a zero if I could. Bad app and bad company. I have followed all instructions to have this app work properly and it still randomly stops working. Thought i figured out a work around but that doesnt work anymore. Last time i contacted support they read it and never responded. Do not trust that the tracking is auto, it is not. Used to be, but hasnt worked reliably for me all year.
Tried to get this going at year start and my credit union account wouldn't mesh with the software. I reached out to customer service and haven't heard back. SUPER bummed.
I had this app years ago and figured I would try it again. To anyone out there do not subscribe this app does not work and is useless. You can not get a refund if it is paid for through google play. They know the app doe not woek and sell it through google so there is no chance for a refund

A worse problem: the app fails to support IRS requirements. The IRS requires that there be a clear distinction in records between Personal and Commute. Neither are deductible. But the app doesn't support categories on the personal side. EVERYTHING must be recorded as Personal. Conclusion: not worth paying $$ for this app.
A great app for last three years - - until October 18th. Auto-tracking by Bluetooth quit working. Now I got to figure out all my mileage since then until yesterday. Very frustrating. Nothing has changed (phone, car, etc). I've deleted the Bluetooth profiles and reconnected them to no avail. 😢 Update: unable to add Jan 1, 2026 mileage. Should allow all years and maybe have a confirm if there are any concerns.
decent app but it absolutely destroys my battery. It didn't start out as bad, but in the past few weeks or so it's gotten awful. I'm debating whether to even keep using it because it's now such a huge battery drain.
I am using the paid app on my samsung z fold 4, i have all the necessary permissions. The app is up to date . i keep it running while i drive, but it misses the track . i had 8 trips in total today, but it shows 5 in total, and it's not the first time.
The mileage should track accurately.

this program is a really good program for small businesses and individuals who want to Monitor and control their finances. I say this because when the software works it is really good. however, when it works. the app continuously loses integration with bank accounts and therefore stops updating your expenses and your deposits. this happens numerous times throughout the year and when technical support figures out why it's happened you now have to go back and redo the entire Year's worth of expens
The only reason I wanted to use this app was to link it with my Uber pro card. I could not get past the plaid verification. I enter my phone number it sends me a code I entered the code and then nothing happens it goes back to asking me for my phone number.
I like the idea behind the app but the auto mileage tracker doesn't work. I keep getting the error banner. I've changed my permissions and battery settings and still no luck. also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no look. I use a pixel 8 pro.
I only use hurdlr for mileage tracking. It starts tracking at BT connection to the vehicle. Having more vehicles to track also works. However, recent updates have caused it to not fill in the default vehicle or any vehicle. It also no longer uses the list of vehicles. TECHS CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE IT OUT. So I have to review each record each day to fill in this missing information. I haven't found another app that will start tracking from a BT connection instead of movement or I'd try it.
