Die App ist eine Katastrophe aus 2 Gründen: 1.) Ich muss mich/soll mich einloggen, hab aber gar keinen Account und möchte auch keinen. 2.) Wenn ich dann trotzdem auf "Log In" drücke stürzt die App immer sofort ab. Wenn die App Entwickler mit HVV es nicht schaffen dass ich von Null auf Hundert in 1 Minute ein gültiges Ticket habe, läuft gewaltig etwas schief.
Wie Lotto spielen Leider sind die Abfahrtszeiten bei Störungen äußerst unzuverlässig. Bei kritischen Fahrten kann man sich überhaupt nicht auf die App verlassen.
Unübersichtlich und verwirrend. Die Bedienung erfordert viele Wischgesten und durch die vielen Freifläche viel Scrollen.

Angeblich kann man im Bus keine Tickets mehr kaufen, also erst mal 50 MB mit mobilen Daten herunterladen am ZOB. Registrierung der Kreditkarte geht erst mal schief, klappt beim 2. Mal. Ticketkauf: "etwas ist schiefgelaufen", kein Ticket in der App aber laut Banking App wurde das Geld abgebucht. Zukunft der Mobilität made in Germany, sinnbildlich für den Zustand dieses Landes.

Seit dem Update kann ich außer dem Deutschland-Ticket keine Fahrkarten mehr kaufen. Nun ist es eine vollständig nutzlose App.

Had one somewhat useful feature, namely Hvv Any which they are now removing because they cannot make it work. Hvv, taking you back to the last century at full speed. I will just uninstall and go back to buying tickets at the vending machines.
Really difficult to understand. I can book multiple one way tickets for children. I can't see what I'm buying. The app should be more descriptive and have a valid ticket immediately

Ich verstehe nicht wieso man als Tourist einen app runterladen muss, um tickets zu kaufen? Ja das sind automaten wo wir es kaufen könnem aber nicht alle Bushaltestellen haben es. Man müsste wirklich aufhören alles zu digitalisieren und Leute zu erlauben Tickets beim Busfahrer zu kaufen. Es kann ja passieren das der Handy platt ist, man kein Internet hat oder wie jetzt, der app nimmt meine ausländische Karte nicht an. Noch dazu, will es meine Karte nicht anehmen um

can't get the app to accept Irish debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Did manage to get it to work once with Paypal in a previous version, with difficulty.
So ein unseriöses Unternehmen! Ich habe mein Ticket am 28.06.2025 vollständig bezahlt, aber es ist bis heute immer noch deaktiviert - das hat mich in eine extrem unangenehme Situation gebracht. Eine Fahrkartenkontrolleurin hat mich mitten in der Nacht gegen 23:00 Uhr aus dem Zug geworfen, obwohl ich von der Arbeit kam und nachweislich bezahlt hatte. Ich hatte keine andere Wahl, als 17 km im Dunkeln mit meinem E-Scooter nach Hause zu fahren - erschöpft und entwürdigt. Ich habe dem Unternehmen

app is ok apart from the voi implementation. on a regular basis the scooter is unlocked but in the app it says there was an error. fine, I can still ride the scooter, but there is no way to end the rental. so I get billed for a ridiculous amount of time before some auto-rental-end sets in. the app provides no way to reclaim these invoices and points at voi support who just ignores the emails I've sent asking for a refund. please fix the API implementation.

Absolutely useless. It does less than Google maps with twice the effort. I don't understand why Google maps recommends it. Maybe just to get and sell user data
Purchased subscription on 8th of April, travelled to Germany and cancelled on 19th of April. They charged me 2 months and the support team said it is what it is.

I've read that first month is charged on pro rata basis. but it doesn't show that for me and asks me to pay total amount which is 58 euros?? why is that the case?
I don't recommend it, there are many better companies , at least not scammers like this one.
Es ist 2025. Akzeptiert immer noch keine kurzen E-Mails, Anmeldung scheitert willkürlich mit Fehlermeldung. SEPA aus dem Ausland geht nicht. Kreditkarten werden ohne Begründung nicht akzeptiert, man solle sich an logpay wenden - nein, das US-Unternehmen PayPal ist in vielen Ländern auch keine Lösung. Weltmetropole Hamburg, voll okay. DAS E IN SEPA STEHT FÜR EUROPÄISCH! ICH HAB NACHGEGUCKT!!11

Please please if you use Deutschland Ticket don't use this app. They double charge! I have been double charged 3 times. And if you don't have usually have a surplus or the account you pay with isn't your primary account it means you get a fine and end up paying €109 for it.

Auch nach Anmeldung in HVV Switch gibt es keine Möglichkeit für meine Route ein Ticket zu kaufen. Es gibt nur das Deutschlandticket.

Schõne App, aber Verspätungen und Echtzeit auf Buslinien werden häufig nicht korrekt angezeigt.
Kann weg. Man schafft es schon seit Jahren nicht, die Linienplanung so auszulegen, dass diese man bei Linienverkürzungen anpasst. Dann kriegt man weiter stoisch angezeigt, dass in 5 min der Bus kommt. Wenn überhaupt, muss man auf die Informationen der Linie gegen, um dann die Verkürzung zu sehen. Das diese dort angezeigt wird, ist aber nicht selbstverständlich, weil die völlig gestressten Mitarbeiter der Leitwarte das händisch eintragen müssen.
