not at all satisfactory response ..only customer have to wait and keep patience ..they just keep to have patience for 24 hrs and only thing they update is delivery date which is being delayed everytime ...I don't feel to rate this but team hypen should what are the inconvenience customers are facing and they should atleast give satisfactory response but very bad response ..

Few Minutes Ago I ordered online two products why desktop and paid amount via UPI, Without confirmation my address they randomly selected address and now I want to change the address it is not happening at all. I am trying to get in connect via Instagram, WhatsApp everywhere. NoVoice Support, and now AI is repeating one same dialogue that order once AWB generated it cannot change the address. where as I have ordered few minutes ago. If authentic, get back to me urgent
they're doing scam now I don't receive my order on tracking it's showing your order will be delivered on 5th may 2026 and today is 6 may 2026 from last 10 days I don't receive my order i already paid for it

I don't want give a single star . one of the baddest app I used the product is may be good but the app is not good . I cant see my order history after placing order I can't cancel my order and even if they don't have any stock still they are placing order and saying they can't cancel the order
Very disappointed with the customer service. I acted immediately and raised the issue through mail and chat support as soon as I noticed the incorrect contact number, but there has been no proper support. I was told I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. The number available on the app is unreachable. Now my order HYP32581870 is out for delivery and marked unreachable due to the same issue. Please take responsibility and resolve this urgently. Very disappointed with Hyphen.
Pathetic experience with Hyphen. Placed an order on 1st May, they cancelled it from their end but still haven’t processed my refund. No proper response from support. Highly disappointing....
pathetic app can't talk to any customer care support they have stuck money and I am not getting a refund please help me with this i am going to spread bad word about this service + I am going to put this on social media
