I absolutely hate the kind of sites. I was just walked through a series of personal questions, only to find out its gonna cost me. Know wonder why mental health issues are so far gone, cause if you need any kind of help for it, your payin a price for it. Shame on people.
the app says to request a refund and use certain links, but those links are all broken

I hate that they were NOT upfront about it being a paid app. You dig deep, answer 100 questions only to get to the end to sign up for a subscription. Bad business practice.

I was charged for a year when I signed up for the free which was supposed to send a notification before it charged and it did not. Then it automatically charged for the year instead of the month.
The setup process requires a ton of highly personal information, literally asking 20+ personal questions, before requiring a payment method to actually use the app.
the app stopped working on my phone. the widget will open but I get a white screen when attempting to open practice. I've Uninstalled and downloaded again but the same issue occurs
too many questions
The app forced me to do the trial for premium without giving me an option to stick with the free version. I clicked the "notify me before my trial is up" so that my card would not be charged. my card was charged anyway. I am currently on day 11 of waiting for a refund that their refund message says could take "up to 7 days". Here I sit, still waiting. The messages themselves are positive, but lack an outside purpose for me. I am looking for more of a Godly focus and purpose.
I have been a paid subscriber for a few years now. I lost my phone information and was logged out a while. I come back and right away they force me to do a quiz thing to set it up instead of letting me sign in. FINALLY get past that & go to sign in after they ALREADY sent me an ad to buy the subscription...and when I sign in...they have lost ALL my stuff I had set up before. Nothing is set how I had it. I have to start all over from scratch because I changed phones? Give feedback doesn't work.
I need to know how to request a refund because I was charged for a subscription that I did not authorize.

I installed and deleted all within 3 hours. Canceled my 3 day free trial. And you STILL try and take 60.00 dollars from me? I don't think so!
doing the free trial they dont ask if you want to keep it like it says they just charge you the same day as you cancel it anyone. there is also no one to get a hold of. cool DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
Sometimes my subscription works, sometimes it doesn't. Really disappointed to still get ads
advertised as affirmations on lock screen. No options to set it. I don't want notifications. I don't want a widget. I wanted the lock screen quotes. so I'm uninstalling and leaving this review.
How many questions they asking and for what purpose? it seems like a data collection app disguised as affirmations. Then there apparently is a subscription? I can find affirmations free online.
the app concept is cool and I really wanted to try it out but I hate when companies try to trick you into paying for a subscription....after the onboarding quiz I deleted it. ugh. too sneaky. poor ethics.
I've been upgraded all year and have loved the service as a paid member. On December 19 I started to have an issue where I could no longer SAVE affirmations to my collections so I emailed them. I was told, in a round about way, I would have to wait for a fix. My renew date was the 10th and it is still not fixed. I cancelled and will not be renewing. Sad, but oh well.
PLEASE STOP putting freaking gambling app ads on a positive affirmation app!! That is just SO wrong, and I'll probably uninstall it because of that.
I wouldn't have downloaded it had I known I had to pay.

it keep on telling me to pay $25 before i can actually start so i had to end up deleting the app. not satisfied
I think this app could have great potential, but I can't get past the signing up because I choose my I am theme but there's no way to scroll down or change orientation to scroll down. apparently my screen is too small to submit / save to actually use the app.
