i.M(아이.엠) - 프리미엄 카니발 택시 호출 서비스

We were scammed by an I.M taxi driver yesterday from seoul station to our hotel. We had lots of luggages and smaller taxis would not take us so when a large I.M taxi waved us over we were excited. After putting our luggages in and giving him the address he switched his meter off and told its 30,000won before we even left! The hotel is only 15mins drive. When we arrived he wanted us to pay cash. Feeling we have been scammed we spoke to our hotel and they confirmed this. We have all his details.

driver has slept during stop for waiting traffic signal. he might be very tired. I am really scared to get on this car.

Easy to add details, however, does NOT accept foreign credit cards which makes it useless for me. Please update the app to allow ALL foreign cards. Please, please. It is a win-win for us travellers and I.M Taxi as a company. Please.

It's a premium taxi app but fails miserably on the premium experience, except for the vehicle itself. Claims to have free wifi but none of the taxis I took had it available. Claims to arrive in X mins but never arrives on time. Navigation can be suspect at times even for well know destinations like 5 star hotels. The vehicles and the drivers are generally good but the company/app definitely doesn't provide a premium experience to warrant the price.

아니 9시반에 주문한 택시가 9시50분되서 갑자기 골목길이 좁다고 다른 택시 사용하라고 전화가 오네요. 제가 그냥 그 택시가 있는쪽으로 가겠다고 하니까, 기사님이 차 빼는거만 30분 걸린다고 다른 택시 콜 하라고 무례하게 요청. 인생에 택시 많이 탔는데 진짜 이런 경험는 처음 겪어보네요.

앱을 다운로드 받고, 등록시 한국 핸드폰 번호만 가능하네요. 한국 방문 외국인은 한국 핸드폰 번호가 없는데 어떻게 등록하고 사용하나요? 외국 크레딧 카드는 사용 가능한가요?
