The id card recognition is broken. it won't recognize the id card despite many attempts at it while changing the lighting.

Im trying to get internet banking in this bank. But they don't give me. Is this a global or international bank if they can't let foreigners use full service. This bank does not understand what is international means.
신분증 촬영 계속 시도하는데 안되네요. 밝은데서 찍고 검은 바탕위에서 찍고 빛반사도 고려해서 찍었는데 안되니까 짜증나네요. 수동 입력 넣어놓으면 안되나요?
