iA is the most difficult benefit company. I've submitted physicians reports and they can't keep track of them and I am constantly delayed being reimbursed. unfortunately this is the company my workplace chose.
it is jumping, it is impossible to submit a claime online normally, your company did nothing yet, but already demands a feedback.

When a cie can't manage to do a thing as simple as making an app in which you can connect to your account, I am REALLY compelled to go see another insurance cie. It doesn't even send a verification code to neither my hotmail nor my gmail account. Way to go iA. App uninstalled.
The only message after login is "The service is currently unavailable"
I paid into the account and the money isn't there , every time yiu try to sign in there is an error code, after 3 or 4 attempts you get to see that there is a mistake on your account and good luck trying to contact anybody about any issues, they play phone tag until you are so frustrated yiu hang up

tried to make a claim. take a photo oof my receipt, goes back to the log in screen.

Won't save password. Update to reply. Called your 800 number and sat on hold for 45 minutes. Thanks for valuing my time. I will begin moving my RRSP money somewhere else where they don't push me off to an 800 number and force me to use their in house message service that doesn't notify me.
Login fatiguant: on doit toujours entrer un code reçu via SMS ou courriel. Trouvez une autre façon! De plus, pour ce qui est des fonds d'investissement, les compagnies qui composent le portfolio de chaque fonds devraient s'afficher avec un click sur le nom du fonds et non pas en téléchargeant le fichier en pdf de chacun des fonds. C'est une tâche énorme et une perte de temps! On devrait être capable de voir la performance des fonds en temps réel. Temps de connexion en ligne bien TROP COURT!

ia is the hardest insurance company to deal with. took two years even after the doctor sent in the paper for them to clear appointment. fighting now to get my adult child's dental approved even though she was in full time school. my dentist can't even get information on what's covered unless I am there in person. takes 6-14 days for pre-approval to go through. takes 6 - 14 days for payment to go through to our professionals.
Waste of time and space, this app did absolutely nothing to assist me in finding out what my options or coverage was.

claims it has features it doesn't. staff give directions for app you can't follow.
App works good but do not recommend using there investments. Reason being charged a surrender fee's to transfer funds to another investment firm rather then transfering in kind.

Difficult to understand
Half the time I log in to make a claim, I get the message "This service is currently unavailable."
the House Spending account is missing from the app. can't check outstanding HSA balance. thanks
clunky and out dated user interface. Difficult to navigate.
there's no way to check my name and personal information
typical massive insurance conglomerate. quick to take my premium. then selective about what im covered for. for what I pay into it annually I won't get the coverage ( tooth crown, extraction, hearing aid, glasses) that I feel I pay in advance for. below average coversge

Extremely basic to a fault, I can't even see what I'm investing in, only balances. And other than contributions it doesn't have anything else. Just taking space on the phone
The concept is good but laggind user friendly options. Not easy to find search options to see if medication is covered under my group insurance policies. Also, not clear or written what is covered on specialized treatments under policies. Must call to get clearance. Self claim is also a hassle. Take pictures but not detailed under which sections. And then the app brings us back to the beginning and start all over again.
The app does not display remaining balances of services. Does not make it convenient for the paying client.
