会員のバーコードが表示されるまでが長いです。もっと早く表示してほしい。

アプリ起動後、会員コード表示までのステップ数、待ち時間が多い。 キャラクターや広告の表示はいらないので、素早く使えるようにしてほしい。
No point in using the app. The app requires you apply for a physical card before you can collect points. What a waste of time.
会員コードの表示に広告を被せてくるのが最悪 強引に表示される広告は悪印象しかなく、逆効果だ
Can't register as I need to get a code via text to enter on the first page, but when I open the messenger app to check the code and switch back to the app, the app reloads and clears everything, making me ask it to send another text like an endless loop. I can't sign up in its current state. Will update my review if it gets fixed.
なにも登録できないし、すごく分かりにくい！
大手企業が作ってるとは思えん使いづらさ。 誰が開発しきってんのか、ていつも思う。 バーコードを表示するだけやのにやたら通信に時間がかかる構造のまずさは芸術的。
決済をしたいのに立ち上げたときにポップアップを出すのをやめてほしい。
会員コードを表示する時に広告を表示するのはやめていただきたいです。支払いを急いでいる時に非常に邪魔です。
Only mildly useful for the points, as you can only pay using a Aeon Card (which I'm sure they'd reject me for, as a foreigner with less than one year left on her visa). Only useful to get points, I ain't using cash to charge an app so I can pay cashless. Not surprised considering that at their supermarket you can only use their app to pay with qr code payment, they're really pushing their card they wouldn't give me anyway.

読み込みが遅くレジでとても困る
the app suddenly logged out. I logged in many time but i couldn't. I tried to reset my password, but the app kept saying my phone number is not valid!!! how stupid the app and who crated it.
Aeonラウンジの招待状が届いたためにこのアプリを導入した。でも、ラウンジ予約画面で県のリストが正しく表示しないので選択できなくてラウンジ一覧が表示しない。 しかもググったら家の近くのAEONは全くラウンジがないことを理解して、どうして招待されたか分からない。
パスワードを貼り付けられるようにしてください。 パスワードマネージャーを使わせてください。
登録が面倒なうえに、イオンのクレジットカードなのに、登録できないと受け付けない。 WAONカードの登録も面倒臭すぎ。
新規登録するにも電話番号で届く認証コードも入力できないごみアプリ。 入力部分にタッチしても反応しない。 ちゃんとデバッグしてから出してくれ。
Without any notifications, the app has been log out several times. The cases are just morment I make payments. Very poor service and doubtful for stable use.
I got a message telling me to call a phone number that only accepts calls during the day that was displayed because I had not logged in for a long period of time. That's an old authentication system that is at least 20 years old. It's so old-fashioned, it's mind boggling.
Absurd layout and extremely confusing to use. They didn't design it for users.

Waonは新規発行のみで既存は使えない 糞だな 新規発行じゃ意味がない 糞だな そう言えば鮮度の低い商品前に平気で並べて 買わせるってどうなの? 近所のまいばすけっとの話だけど こっちも善処しろよ 買った大葉の大半が腐っていて使い物にならないじゃないか それも早朝開店時にだぞ いいのか?そんな対応で 客先目線で考えてるか? こんな糞App提供する前に業務改善しろよ

使いやすくて便利ですよ。
技術的な問題はありませんが,イオンは外国人を差別する？漢字の名前がない。日本人でも漢字がない人もいるよね？時代遅れだ。仮名だけで入力できるようにしてほしい。 ポップアップやクーポンは、アプリをすぐに使いたいときには不便です。お客様の声に耳を傾けてください。
とにかく使いづらいです。 ・クーポンを追加するたびリロードしますが、ちょっと違う位置に戻って来るので、どこまでチェックしたか分からなくなります。 ・クーポンの使用条件があるのなら、ちゃんと分かりやすく表示してほしいです。現金やイオン系の決済方法でしか使えないのなら、画像に含めておいてくれればレジであたふたせずに済みます。 ・お気に入りの店舗は5店までしか登録できませんが、お気に入りを外すのに、外したい店舗をわざわざ検索しなければできません。他に方法があれば教えてほしいです。
Products are in English. Self cash out stations are in English. Why the app is not in English....
しばらくイオンペイを使っていたが今日支払い時に立ち上がらなくなっていた。通信障害云々というメッセージだったが、他のアプリは問題なくこのメッセージは間違いのよう。支払いアプリ不具合は信頼性から致命的。
