la app funciona fatal.
falla más que una escopeta. un día va y muchos días no. Te desconecta la app de la sesión y ni puedes entrar diciendo que introduces mal los datos cuando en la web si puedes entrar. Asi que ni puedes programar la carga bonificada de tu VE.. con los miles de millones que se hacen ni pueden hacer una app en condiciones
La aplicación va de culamen! no me deja modificar datos bancarios. Tanta tecnología para que luego no funcione ni lo más básico. Patético en una empresa tan grande como esta.

The login has been bugging since weeks

After the update you can not log in as the app is not recognising the user and or password. Also you can not reset password as the screen where you put the code in will not scroll up. So you can not access where the code has to go.
Después de la actualización, la aplicación no permite iniciar sesión con la contraseña anterior. Al intentar restablecer la contraseña, solicita introducir un documento, pero al escribir cualquier carácter aparece el mensaje de que el formato es incorrecto. Es imposible continuar: no se puede acceder a la cuenta ni recuperar la contraseña. Una actualización muy mal implementada. No se entiende por qué han estropeado algo que antes funcionaba correctamente.
Vaya ba su ra. Básicamente funciona malisima y punto

La aplicación me da error al iniciar sesión desde hace meses..he intentado de todo y no funciona nada...
Just bad . they take double the price compared to other companies, manipulative they refuse for a whole month to give me the CUPS (without it i can't move to another company). Finally had to get it from an old bill from the previous owner. Not recommended.

EVITAR TRÁMITES CON COSTE. Solicité cambio de potencia tanto en punta como en valle, marqué ambos campos bien, pero al pasarlo a distribuidora se equivocaron y marcaron el cambio solo en punta, y para corregirlo me han cobrado otro cambio de potencia. Da igual que les llamara para corregir el error antes de que fuera efectivo el cambio. Literalmente me han timado 11 euros, dicen que no puedo demostrar que el fallo sea de ellos, pero ellos tampoco pueden demostrar lo contrario. App para estafar.
Cannot get it to change from Spanish to English on my Samsung mobile. This app does not appear to offer alternative languages. When I access the settings on the phone, it only shows me apps that support language selection and this one does not show.

Worst app ever. Yesterday, logged in with no problems. Today when I really needed to use the app, it would not recognise my log in details and when I try to change my password, there is no way to do it. Very very frustrating. I suppose I will have to waste time talking to someone over the phone or even worse have to go to one of Iberdrolas shops, where last time we had to file a complaint because we arrived half an hour before there closing time but we were told to go away as they were closing.
I've been unable to login for the past month. I can however login to my account via their website with same account details? Frustrating that the App doesn't work anymore.

The old version was great now the new version can't log in most of the time used be able to change my password now impossible because NIE number is not an option only DNI NIF password etc no NIE this app now seems a waste of time
Cannot login to the app - says login details are incorrect but they aren't. I'll have to stick with accessing my account through my browser.

Fine when it works, but quite often fails to log in and tells me that details are wrong, even though they work fine on the website. Tried changing password but still can't log in.

Does not recognise log-in details, so I can not use the app. It works on my desktop, but it does not fit in my pocket. After the last changes to the app, it has been terrible. Updates take ages, so you can not keep a daily track on your usage. Not fit for purpose.
This app is useless not worked now for over 4 months uninstalled and reinstalled over 6 times just says problems try later so now just use internet to check bills
