Very disappointing experience. I purchased iCareFone because it was advertised that WhatsApp could be transferred to iPhone without resetting the device. I followed their official YouTube tutorial exactly, but during the process all of my iPhone photos and videos (around 60-80 GB) were deleted. To make matters worse, my WhatsApp chats were not transferred successfully either. At no point was I clearly warned that my existing data could be lost. If I had known, I would have taken a backup first.

This is a scam app that should be removed from the Google Play Store. Nothing works, and it forces you to subscribe before you can do anything. I would not recommend this app to anyone. I can't believe I ever trusted it.

after successfully transfered my WhatsApp i lost indexing of my contact and wasn't able to find contact on WhatsApp and tried all ways to solve from phone setting with no success and problem only solved after I reset my iPhone and removed the WhatsApp backup

wrost app to used to backup WhatsApp on windows everything backup but when time comes for returning the whatsapp backup it ask for premium appstore must remove fraud app like this who is free at first sight than ask for money

Useless application. It doesn't even transfer properly. You can't upload transfered data to icloud, even a reinstallation of whatsapp causes transfered data to disappear. I paid subscripton fee to avoid factory resetting the phone but i had to do it anyway.
this is the worst app I have ever used. should be completely banned. not only did it fail to transfer any of my data but it deleted my existing whatsapp backups and logged me out of my own whatsapp. now I can't even restore any data because it deleted my backup. I'm not even writing this out of spite. just save yourself if you can. absolutely horrible app. never ever using or recommending again. will literally tell people to not use it.
terrible customer service I have been trying to reach them to cancel a reoccurring payment and they have not reached out. I have sent them emails and they don't help at all. if they read this...please help
It's a scam. I paid for the service. WhatsApp Restore(20 GB) takes more than 20 hours. Any wrong tap and everything is reversed. It didn't work for me. Wasted my 16 USD.

dont waste your time and energy backing up again and again and it wont connect your other device. even if u download desktop software they will need to pay more since they "couldn't find" your receipt in app. and they wont refund. if i have more time and energy i would use it to sue them but unfortunately only could warn other.
