app does not work. i don't have ad blocker or vpn on the phone. i have it on my pc site works fine. the issue been since last update they lost 2 weeks worth money of family of 7 i know others that shopped elsewhere due this issue. fix it sooner then later or people shop elsewhere.

Absolutely rubbish! Keeps saying not signed in to any Internet when I am. Stay away from this glitchy app, its done nothing but glitch and also keeps restarting my phone, app is now removed and my phones working fine again 🤦♀️

can't do online purchases to iceland
keeps telling me im not connected to internet and won't allow me to add anything to my basket or view my previous orders until I uninstall the app and reinstall this will be the 3rd time today i have had to do this
couldn't download bonus card ,kept saying Oops!something went wrong try later. it's said that the last 5 times i tried to download the bonus card Not worth thw hassle

My antivirus app warned me that after pressing the link to the forgotten email, it was a malware site 😭💯. So I uninstalled the app💯😭👀🤔👍🏾💋
App has been awful since January 2026 update. Multiple bugs within the app. issues where it thinks orders haven't been delivered yet so doesnt let you rebook anything as you have an active order (when you dont) yet when you do it via the website its fine. App is very clunky.

downloaded app and nothing loads
shocking system, questionable customer service, deliver your food across 2 days if your lucky 50 50 chance you get your refunds and dont get started on bagging fees for no bag free trial service £3.60 i shouldnt be paying your staffs wages that your job £3.50 for your food to get delivered as and when they wish paid £220 for food for only £100 worth of food to arrive.

worst shopping app on the market period, it's bad !!! this app continuously crashes, bugs out, who ever programmed this junk app, I suggest Iceland's tries to find a real programmer who knows how make shopping apps. it is unusable

Very buggy behind the scenes either not finalising orders from previous deliveries forcing you log back in to start new order. Latest bug is telling you you are offline making ordering or using funds impossible.
The app is constantly saying I'm not connected to the internet when I clearly am. Had to reinstall several times for it to work, really annoying!
Frustrating very slow app. It needs to be better optimised. I have literally got to check out a few times after loading my trolley and it appears the process is stuck in cogwheel that I just close the app and launch another app from their competitors. Definitely not my phone, I'm using a flagship model phone.

constant problems with this app ,today it says there im out of any stored catchment for delivery, ive been using Iceland for over a year and its only 5 miles from me , also it keeps saying checking order whenever I try to add things to my basket stopping anything being added, and I cant book a delivery slot
