the app and or website has never worked for me everyrime there is some sort of problem that ends the entire shop logs out of your account randomly while shopping, missing connections constantly removing items without any say so just a truly terrible app plus the price increase is making hard to believe Iceland is even worth it any more

Diabolical service did online shop on Friday paid for same day delivery £4.50. Told it would be delivered between 2.30 4.30pm.it wasn't was told they tried but nobody was in lies we were in all day I spoke to them today waiting on Iceland phoning me with a time and day
absolutely appalling, I order some stuff to be delivered every month, and for the last few months, quite a few items have not been delivered, and I get a small refund, yet the refund is nowhere near the amount I paid for the items that didnt show up, I give it one more months use, if it doesn't improve, id say to swap to asda or tescos, might be a little pricier but at least they are reliable!!!!!
Ordered 12 items, only had 6 in stock. Multi-buy cancelled. What a nightmare.
im disgusted with Iceland my last order on Saturday came& all the food was warm and defrosted i made the driver aware he just muttered sorry & raced of. my whole order binned. I have a serious auto immune condition I need to be extra careful with food. I made an immediate complaint it took a while before I even had a response and the response was seriously lacking. as each day passes they are stretching it out im getting more and more upset. I had to do another food shop.im still out of pocket.

absolutely terrible. it doesn't load. it has bugs. it's janky..maks shopping and absolute nightmare to the point to give up and go Tesco.
Absolutely horrific Customer Services, (Not instore) first started shopping with Iceland over 25 years ago and primarily because of the friendly Customer Service which stood well above all the Larger Branded stores. Oh how it has changed!!!

used to be able to order, used to show a timetable for day and time you want to book, could even book days in advance. but now it just says "No times slots available try again later" thats it. thought waiting a few days that it would be fixed. nope, still the same.
there just tracking what you buy with these style cards.
cant add money to bonus card on app. Tried lots of times. Deleted cache. Restarted phone, all the usual things but just keep getting this message "We had some trouble connecting to our payment systems. Please try again later." Please sort this out.

constant problems with this app ,today it says there im out of any stored catchment for delivery, ive been using Iceland for over a year and its only 5 miles from me , also it keeps saying checking order whenever I try to add things to my basket stopping anything being added, and I cant book a delivery slot
Quite useful but seriously flawed. Frequently freezes when in store leading to delays at the checkout. Does not list anything like all products available. The home page keeps flicking to the next promo before you finish reading the current one. But PLEASE Iceland add a toggle switch so those of us who don't shop on line can see the deals for regular shoppers!
I would give this app more stars if my bonus card would work on it. As it won't load up on the app while using the app. it says there's a problem and to try again later. This has been going on for a while now. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still says the same thing when I try to bring up my bonus card 😞
Download the app to get bonus card and it just says something went wrong. Needs fixing because I tried getting a card in store and was told only available through the app. How can you get the 10% discount for over 60 if your app doesn't work and can't produce a card. Totally useless.
Just realised that online deliveries from supermarkets use this to get rid nearly out of date stock. Just got 10 chicken breast but need to eat them all in 24 hours. So sad hopefully this might help.
