Klacht 1: Vroeger kon je gewoon uitloggen door op terug te klikken. Nu moet ik eerst naar account. Onhandig, maar te doen. Klacht 2: Per ongeluk (afgeleid) twee keer op terug geklikt, nu niet alleen uitgelogd, maar hele card verwijderd uit de app. Zeer onhandig. Klacht 3: probeer de card weer toe te voegen aan de app. "De foto wordt automatisch gemaakt". Niet dus. Klik je op tevreden over de foto, kom je weer terug bij het maken van de foto.
Ik moest mijn telefoon herinstalleren. Sommige apps (waaronder deze) gebruiken NFC ter identificatie. Ik gebruikte mijn rijbewijs hiervoor. DigiD gelijk klaar; ABN gelijk klaar; ING ook. Maar ICS wil absoluut niet mijn NFC scannen. Ik begrijp niet waarom dit zo moeilijk wordt gemaakt!

Why is the verification code constantly declared invalid, I tried it dozens of times but nothing works in activating mode. In the other with the pictures does not do anything at all, absolutely useless, I give up.
Nou nieuwe Gui is geen vooruitgang. Na rekening betaling kom je terug op wit scherm. App sluiten, weer openen nog steeds wit scherm. Ziet er uit als "goed getest" Zelfs na geforceerd stoppen niet eens een inlog scherm..
If your type of income is based on being unable to work any longer (from sickness for example), this company will refuse you a credit card. 100% discrimination.
After using the app, the app will not disappear from the screen. It stays on the login/approve task screen. This on the latest Android 14. Problem is there for ages. Can only get rid of it, with the close all (programs) option.
Literally, the most vile, heinous, evil loan shark club, of Amsterdam, NL. I have paid many thousands of self-invented fees, to still get treated like dirt. Well now, I haved literally cut your sh## product in half, and you have lost a paying customer, permanently, period. Also, to h##l with your unfriendly older, frustrated female 'staff'. Someone like that, with an arrogant, aggressive attitude, is not just a lowlife and a terrible character, but noticeably a part of Visa's BS policies.

The only way to verify your ID and to enter your birthdate is to click back through a calendar on a month by month basis, which in my case was 660 clicks. A cumbersome, inefficient time consuming user unfriendly experience.

Animatie logo komt te pas en te onpas na de nieuw update. Heel irritant, kan dat weg worden gehaald?
Verslechterd gebruiksgemak na update. De gewijzigde kleuren maken de overzichtelijkheid minder. Zo is het woord "Reserved"/"Gereserveerd" na de update in dezelfde kleur als de rest van de tekst
The new look and feel are very limited. It is still very basic. You still definitely need the website, which also gives you a better visual overview of your account and allows money transfer back to your account. The "cool" logo doesn't hide the fact iCS is a very old fashioned company. The only one in NL still requiring a letter and form sent via post when you need to change your bank account. Hello 90s.
They don't allow other services to view my own financial data. Abuse of their monopoly.
It's getting worse and worse... I am having problems with both payments and accessing the app to approve tasks. It's a blocker app, rather than an enabler. Where is your development process taking place? On Hell? Very strange, and absolutely rubbish app.
Deze versie werkt weer helemaal niet. Geeft alleen foutmelding "geen internetverbinding". Een uitstekend voorbeeld van een slechte banking-app. Onbetrouwbaar, traag en kaal. Functionaliteit is erg beperkt en gebruikerservaring laat veel te wensen over. Erg vaak bizarre "technische storing" foutmeldingen zonder enig reden of verklaring. En dit is al jaren zo dus het lijkt dat ICS hun klanten en hun eisen gewoon negeert.
Technical difficulties for over 5 hours now.... Unacceptable! Also sometimes it says "no internet connection" when all other things work... And it doesnt even seem to be trying to look for internet.... I really is a terrible app...

It tells me most of the times no internet connection, which makes it very hard to approve transactions.
Terrible app. Very slow and always problems when you want to approve a purchase.
2 years later: update review... nothing has changed. The app still has the same problems preventing you from logging in and authorising payments. Awful. The app FREQUENTLY is unable to login due to an unexplained error. In some cases it lasts 15 minutes. In some cases it lasts for 2 days. In any case, I have NEVER had so much trouble logging into an app that the end goal is to spend money. Find a different card provider. Find a different app. Do not rely on this bottom of the barrel service.
App is outdated, ultra slow and poor UX/UI. I can't even login on my desktop even after authentication on app. It's time to update your app features completely.
I can't log in through the app or the website.. I want to change some options but can't do it. The app is always out of order..
Only suited for adresses in The Netherlands, seemimgly. Request to fill out postal code which do not exist in Suriname, next the program blocks. Absolutely useless !!!!

It sucks to have to use a third grade app to confirm your identity when you are trying to purchase or pay for something online. A waste of time and a profound embarrassment.
Fails over and over to identify myself i have tried it for like 30 times. 🙄 it's getting old and tiresome. I am at about breaking point. One more try and i give up. Waste of my precious time. 0/10.
Please is there an English version or someway of changing the language? I don't think it's irrational to expect that you have expats as part of your clientele who may not be very good with Dutch.

Sinds begin 2020 heeft ICS de mogelijkheid verwijderd om meerdere kaarten (zoals van een partner) toe te voegen in de app, of om voor dezelfde kaart de app op meer dan 1 device te gebruiken (bv telefoon en tablet). Support claimt dat dit voor veiligheid is, terwijl alle andere banking apps en de vorige ICS app dit probleem niet hebben. Nu meer dan 20 maanden later nog steeds niet gefixt.
App does not work. You can see your POS transactions, but you cannot pay on the internet. You can approve a teansaction on th app, but that us where the process finishes and you can not complete the transaction. Have contacted support over this problem, but their suggestions just dont help.
I can't buy online
They want your photo now. Even if you already submitted your ID. Severe infringement of your privacy. Absolutely ridiculous. Service as a whole isn't to good either.
I get an error saying I should install the ICS Creditcard App. That's this damn app itself, captain oblivious.
The app works unreliably for small things such as activating my new card, or approving a transaction, and adding a card to Google Wallet is unfortunately not supported.
Onmogelijk om beschikbaar tegoed over te maken naar betaalrekening. Iets zegt me dat niet geheel onbewust deze simpele functionaliteit niet beschikbaar is...

its a good app but theres an issue with notifications. I stopped getting notifications for my card transactions. please fix it.
Nieuwe versie ziet er goed uit! Maar... Pin reminder per post 🤣 Als ik moet betalen kan ik inderdaad paar dagen wachten voor een briefje. Gewoon in de app tonen!
The ideal button doesn't start the banking app, instead ask to open with a browser or pdf app. Pls fix this
During activation of a new creditcard, you are requested to enter your day of birth (DoB). On an Android phone, it is not possible to enter your DoB manually: one has to scroll back month by month to get to one's DoB, which is cumbersome for anybody above te age of 1 year. Please look at this, and create an option for manual input (not only by the calendar)
