Remove the "take a break" message from the app. It's VERY, VERY annoying.

You know what they say right. If you're going to buy a CCTV kit, buy a proper one and don't invest in these smart CCTV where you purchase the hardware and are at the mercy of these Chinese developers greeds with endless ads and pop-ups
don't buy this app operated cctvs...after using 4month...my cctv having daily trouble, need 6_7 times daily restart, but still now live feed come..I lost my money and time in this cctvs
Update 6/10/26 had I known I was going to blasted with non stop ads I would have never bought anything from this lousy company. Tracking functions which is what this system is supposedly all about.. ..lousy tracking.. locks onto trees but not people. NOTHING WORKS CORRECTLY FOR AI! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY Still a complete disaster. Zero support!.. Absolutely no support! Now invasive non stop overlay video ads too? Takes forever to get to your viewer due to the ads! Horrible!
I am very disappointed and I have very bad experience with these cameras. The cameras are always disconnecting. It's a disaster camera. I will advise all users not to buy this cameras because of the problem and the customer service does not respond.

EDIT 06-06-26 APP JUST GOT DANGEROUS. Now it leads you to auto-install malicious apps. Im uninstalling immediately. Edit 05-28-26 App keeps getting WORSE!! Now is FULL OF ADDS and lags even worse!! ***†************* DO NOT UPDATE!! As of today, the app is sluggish and shows a 6 sec add when you first start it along with an add bar above the cam image. The transference rate is no longer showing...its a total bummer. will switch to another app if possible
Junk app
slow keeps unconnecting took forever to connect i have others from different company's that work so much better faster and smoother the app set up looks cheap and scammy and you scroll down to the bottom of a page it instantly puts you to the next page very annoying the biggest joke is they want to us to pay a subscription for what I dont know to make the app actually run smoother look better hope it improves but that seems highly unlikely

app full of ads, disabling them doesn't work reliably (yes, from the config: Me -> Tools -> Ads), I pay a premium subscription for 4 cameras...unacceptable...
THE ENDLESS ADS ARE SOOO INTRUSIVE. I'm throwing these out and getting ones that use a different app. This is RIDICULOUS.

The dual lens camera keeps going offline and I have to turn the camera off at the mains to reset, It works when coming back on but only for approximately a day then goes offline again rinse and repeat.
too much adds!! so many scam attempts while pushing adds. why force purchase of cloud? i purchased the wifi cam already! I don't need cloud storage..

Did you put ads when you opened the app? Seriously?!! I just came to edit the comment to inform new users that there are more ads when we open the app, and there's no way to disable them. Oh, and with each update, the ads are automatically enabled.
Worst, most useless ip camera app. 2-way conversations don't work, birds, chipmunks and squirrels constantly cause it to send alerts. When you try to view camera to see what the alert is for, it takes so long to load that whatever triggered the alert is gone. Viewing recordings many times fail to load so you can't view them. Can't use any other ip cam app with this because they all need UID info to install cam and this cam & the ICSee sw only specify PID info which is not usable anywhere else.
It's completely unacceptable this to have ads because I paid for the camera. Yet now in 2026 this is a spyware opening shoppe popups out of nowhere and every time I turn the ads off in the menu, it turns it back on. Scammers.
3rd party ads in this? really? theres an option to disable these but they keep coming back every now and then. pathetic.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! constant problems with this app and the camera. If I could give negative stars I would it's not even worth a 1 star rating, now getting constant ads when wanting to view my camera feed and pop ups to buy storage. I expect to be able to view the feed not sit waiting whilst ads play then stupid pop ups about storage! i use an sd card, since update image has become absolutely terrible Avoid any camera that uses this app!

Getting this Camera to install onto my Android was painful, and frustrating after about 30 tries...It finally acknowledged the connection, after repeating the exact same steps each time. Now, I have the device connected to my phone and have yet to see an image appear. Will I purchase this brand again? No! If it fails to operate to my satisfaction, I will introduce this ICSee camera to the dumpster! !
The app works reasonably well. The reason I'm giving it only 2 stars is because of how spammy the ads have become. They now include "Your system has been infected by a virus" ads that fill the screen trying to look like you've been hacked, and there's a new ad area near where you need to tap to open the video from your camera - obviously trying to trick you into accidentally clicking on their ads. I get that the entire Internet is run by ad money, but this is too sleazy now.
Always slow to load when you need to see what has triggered an alarm, often hanging at 99%. As of last week, the adverts have been infuriating, suddenly opening other apps randomly, again right at the time when you need to see what is going on. I have turned the ads off and the app turns them back on again as often as three times a day. I use this app in conjunction with two iCSee cameras but now I will definitely be looking for an alternative.
Each and every Tuesday at dawn some cameras controlled by this software change their position. Looks like surveillance control is performed by someone else. Weird. Ads are completely invasive, not letting the user review images immediately upon detection. Two important reasons to give this app a few stars ...
