App crashed immediately upon loading on 2 separate devices. Untrustworthy to protect ID

Couldn't scan my id because there was no qr... Also it is very slow and power hungry. Just used it because I must use it... Also in the end there was a quick survey, but you can't give a low rating because it wouldn't let you continue...
flawed with technical bugs (can't connect to server...) and with unclear usage instructions.
app doesn't work....
crashed twice on Samsung tab 7. not particularly well thought out either. doesn't recognize the difference between metallic gray and white as a scanner, though it will accept black, even though then the transparent black letters on a driver's license then become obscured😂
