Can't do it without an app despite the webpage suggesting it's optional. For whatever, probably shady, reasons I had to scan my ID twice.

Doesn't work on a Galaxy S21 ultra. Video selfie appears sharp during the recording process and is then showing a blurry selfie image after the upload is rejected. Tried about 20 times in different lighting condition. Tried restarting app and phone. Nothing helped.

Zitat Support: "Nutzen sie ein iPhone oder ein Samsung nicht älter als 3 Jahre". Absolut inakzeptabel für eine App über die sich alle möglichen Leute identifizieren müssen.
Trash software. Always stuck, never scans properly. Tried on two different phones and couldn't finish on either one
App selbst funktioniert, allerdings konnte die Service Person sich leider nicht verständlich ausdrücken. Die Sicherheitsfragen am Anfang waren dadurch eher ein Ratespiel.

The app is unusable on my Android 15 when using navigation bar with buttons. I have to switch to swipe gestures. That is such a rookie mistake that I'd rather not use this app, if I would not need to. Also the image detection for my ID was very slow and unreliable.
start button is impossible to click due to home button covering it. lol. horrible mobile developer. android samsung galaxy

Da lässt man sich extra nen Überbrückungsausweis ausstellen, damit man sich Identifizieren kann nachdem der alte Personalausweis abgelaufen ist und dann ist das hier nicht ausreichend. Drecks Service!

The top bar, which is required for identification, does not work on Pixel phones (because it is not implemented correctly, it overlaps with the system bar). The personnel are incredibly rude. First, he thought he couldn't hear me so he hung out automatically. Then, after identifying the passport, I told him that the message bar didn't work and he just hung out without saying anything again. Good hiring process for absolute psychopaths.

Biggest trash on earth. I feel like this got created by some guys who are sitting in their office without a webcam. Selfies in the app always are unclear despite having a flagship phone. Get your trash together tbh.
