Ive tried to play this a few times and I dont get why so much content is pointlessly locked. If I have time and I am in the mood, let me play the game. You need to complete a quest to progress but you cant do the content for the quest because the mode is arbitrarily shut down for 24 hours, or you need to defeat a certain level but cant because you need to wait around for xp to accumulate. Its not even PTW "spend to unlock" or competitive modes. Completely pointless. JUST LET ME PLAY THE GAME.

I bought starry prism gems 100$ USD because it said I could use them to buy packs. I found out after purchasing them that THIS IS NOT TRUE. I wanted to spend them on the collaborative Journey packs only to find out they don't work there. This is extremely misleading and I want customer support to respond to my email about it. I want a refund so I can actually buy the correct packs. you can strip the starry gems from my account I haven't spent any of them. Your description is misleading and false

the game is highly P2W dont expect to powerup without any money,at some point you will be stuck.

so I love this game in graphics free stuff and all of that but there's one thing I hate about it the loading screen allot of people have complained yet the devs are not fixing it although yea 2 stars is pretty bad I hate the loading screen personally

This rating is only because of the Arcade: My god optimize the Arcade game mode, specially Fort Defense like seriously, the 100 waves thingy can only be beaten by the multi-cast, and even then you need to be careful on placing too much spells or the game would just freeze, not to mention the lag that it normally just have. Though I do say the rewards are very nice but other than that I'll keep my rating as is.
