when you are forced to upgrade to a larger lumber mill, you lose access to the older mills, you lose your money and progress, and have to start over from scratch in building the machines. you keep the managers, you lose all other progress. extra forklifts gone, lumberjacks gone, foresters gone, money gone.

when I want to watch ads game is freezing
I really miss when all three production lines made the same product. I used to spend a lot of time and money in this game but I can't stand it now. The third production line makes ginormous blue product that causes major eye strain compared to everything else. It really killed what made this game relaxing and fun. I'd love for it to go back to normal.
Every level we proceed there is nothing new or exciting thing showing up, same level with some additional machine. The thing you are showing in the advertisement not there in the game at all. Feeling bored so uninstalling the game

3rd class game
After updating forces you to spend your diamonds to continue play and it only last 5 minutes. Awesome update. I'll check back in a month to see if I can play without spending to spend it on something I need.

False advertisement. The game is not as entertaining as the advertisement. Unfortunately you don't do much except upgrading and buying materials, hiring workers, taking order etc... The beginning stage (as shown on the advertisement) is skipped and you go straight to warehouse/production management.
I haven't played in a while and had bought the VIP ad free package years ago but now it's showing I have to buy it again to be ad free. Everything is ads now, it's ridiculous.

If I could give it 0 I would. Sales come in too slow unless you play ads. I have everything clogged waiting for sales. The staff keep falling asleep in the game while I am falling asleep waiting for sales. Don't waste your time unless you like watching ads.
Don't waste your time nothing like the ad. And it says your plant runs while away, but you don't get ANY lumber made or done.

I downloaded the game based on the game play in the adds. it doesn't match at all. Ot is all about management vs actual game play like the adds show. I would rather paint dry than play a game with zero actual game play happening.

This game is so slow and boring. A total waste of time game. So repetitive. Once you get to a certain level, it makes you upgrade your mill and you loose all the resources and money etc. Then you have to start all over again. There is no control over the type of resource that you are making. I've deleted this game only after one day of playing. Pure boredom. Of course you can pay to speed things up.
if you install you have to watch forever ads that you must exit game to make go away
I like the game, it's an interesting theme with nice graphics, the implementation has several flaws. I paid to get rid of ads and the game was much more enjoyable. But today they pushed an update and I lost all my progress. and then support tells me I'm gonna be watching ads again case closed. it's unfortunate they couldn't be more diligent in their testing.
Changed to one star for the absolute unhelpful nature of the developer. If an ad forces you to land the app and that causes a game to crash, "report the ad" sketchy so anything. Fix the damn app!
I was logged in, and it kicked me out. I have tried logging in with WiFi and mobile data. have contacted support but no good.

Completed EVERY AD and never received the ad award!!! Glitches, crashes, and damn game disappers REGULARLY!!!
The ads is not the game you get. I've been playing for week off and on and it is nothing like the game it advertise to be.
Eventually gets so you have to watch ad after ad after ad just to play, or pay $25 for no ads.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY i have played this since sometime and spend alot to progress but all my progress is wiped off and support is provided to restore my progress or money. i did approach them since few days without any help.

If a game hangs at first startup and. Becomes jittery during play, then you know its not worth playing. Thought i give it another try, see if an game update fix this freezing, but i was so wrong. Your comments about storage is not even relates to the issue of game freezing at startup and during play.
you earn money by producing inventory instead of fulfilling orders, sale is redundant....how silly... lol
