Don't use unless you have a passport. Attempted multiple times using Canadian driver's license and would not work. The app is incredibly sensitive to light, if there is any glare whatsoever it will not scan properly. It took a few scans of my passport before it accepted it as useable. Too bad because the interface is good.
AutoIdent did not work on my phone, no matter how often I tried. Support didn't even bother to read my request for help.
Absolute garbage of an app, absolute worst experience, absolutely unbearable. You do everything it asks you to do, it greenlights all your inputs, thanks you, says goodbye, and in half an hour you get an email notification that the procedure failed for technical reasons. What reasons? Technical. More details, maybe please? Nah, none of your business, customer. Go ahead and jump more through our hoops. When it does return a problem, there's no way to check what you did wrong. Equally useless.

Mitarbeiter stehlen von Kunden Personenbezogende Daten um diese dann an Kriminelle weiterzuleiten.
Der einzige Grund sich diese App zu downloaden ist, weil man sie gezwungenermaßen braucht. Da stellen sich vielerlei Fragen über ihre Sicherheit. Der Anbieter wird natürlich sagen, dass die "Sicherheit und Privatsphäre der Kunden im Vordergrund steht", jedoch wurden in der Vergangenheit ähnliche Dienste gehackt wo dann herausgefunden wurde, dass die Daten, die "eigentlich" gelöscht werden sollten, nicht gelöscht wurden. Ich habe keinerlei Vertrauen zu diesen Menschen und ihren Algorithmen!

Absolute garbage. Unstable, does not provide instructions on non-German (EU) id cards, I completed the identification with my eID and EU id card on the 6th try, it wrote that it was successful but I got an email that it wasn't. No way to save progress either. Also, why do you need a 3d scan of my face, bitte?
worst piece of ID validation software I have ever had the misfortune to use. tried over 10 times but it just kept going back after accepting the video input and asking me to do it again. a total bag of nails. tried on 2 separate phones.

its the worst app I have ever seen, never recommended this. literally I tried 100 times, an even a visa process won't be this much complicated. this app doesn't work for id scanning and just say bad photo. I don't have less than one star option for this app. otherwise I will give minus rating.

Tried to scan my (valid) German travel passport. Result: "Document type not supported". Their website and the SCHUFA website say it is supported. Reproduced it on different devices and in the browser. Uff.
Impressive how bad facial recognition tech is in 2025. do better
Impossible to clear the selfie part. Tried with multiple devices, takes blurry pictures no matter what. Useless!

Annoying app. probably existing only due to partnership with big players (like swisscom), but you are most likely endup in doing things manually via callcenter anyway as this nonsense doesn't work. neither for me nor for anyone around or any other device...

Doesn't accept EU passport as identification.. only id cards. I've tried it 3 times and each time it submitted it successfully only for me to receive an email from the bank that there's a technical error
I have used this app in the past with no issues. I have tried probably close to 20 times now to get this to process. Everytime it says info sent but no notification if it was successful or not. Because of this garbage app I can not do the same job that I have been doing for 17 years. I have already emailed the app help email but no response from them.
