it's soo frustrating. I can't get past through the first step of identification. first it said there are going to be 2 steps. step 1. enter the 6-digit PIN step 2. scan your ID. I clic "continue" and it's straight to scanning ID. which is not working. yeas I've checked all thing like turning on NFC, taking off phone case and stuff multiple times. We've tried on 2 different phones. we can hear "the click" as if the phone scan the ID. yet nothing changes in the app it's not going any further.
This service of authentication is really bad. They are never available and when they answer they just finish the call without reason. It is really frustrating to be calling them and not be able to do a very simple thing. I mean, your job is not so hard you know.

Continue button does not work and cannot verify myself. Years later still not working properly. Always technical problems when submitting data, identification takes longer (does never finish), doesn't accept Ident-ID in app.
Worst app ...no idea why the verification fails
Terrible.. Why don't you just use the existing programs like "Post Ident"?

Sorry but this app is the worst. Operators just close the call because my camera is not good enough? S22 Ultra? Without letting me quickly maybe wipe the camera.
To be honest , this app is really bad. The agents complain of bad network but no matter the network you use , the app is still bad and abysmal. Please the developers of this app should put in a bit more effort to make the app responsive.
Horrible App, ID reader does not work, tries checking my internet connection and fails, UI like it was made in 2010.

Ein geschlossenes Portemonnaie für eine Sekunde im Bild führt zum Abbruch. Sofort deinstalliert, komplette Zeitverschwendung. Für mich für die. Immerhin sind es noch Menschen und keine Bots

Could not identify me, the new Hungarian ID is not supported. It took me an hour to just get to a person who told me this because the app was buggy, could not match the front and the back of the id.

Die Verifizierung hat sehr lange gedauert, ohne klare Erklärungen, und der Vorgang wurde mehrfach abgelehnt, obwohl alle erforderlichen Dokumente korrekt eingereicht wurden. Der Kundenservice ist langsam und bietet keine konkreten Lösungen. Das größte Problem ist jedoch, dass bei fehlenden Lösungen offenbar einfach das Gespräch beendet wird, anstatt zu helfen oder den Fall weiterzuleiten. Dieses Vorgehen ist unprofessionell und äußerst frustrierend,
I was asked to create a password. I did it, but now i have no idea where to even put that password and what it was for? I've tried all their websites and apps and i don't see anywhere where i can use that password to login. So why did you ask me to create a password? The consultant i got had poor english skills and i couldn't get any additional information.
Schrott, geht nicht
I'm waiting now for 2 hours already and no Ident Specialist is picking up the Video Call to complete the ID Verification, no matter if I'm on the app or website. Overall it feels bugged, slow and if you need help there is no support - I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst experience
I used the app to verify my ID for Western Union. The representative confirmed that my ID has been verified but it was never updated on Western Union, it was not updated on their system.
Es kann nicht sein wie man hier in dieser App behandelt wird nach dem man sogar diesen absolut schrecklichen Anweisungen folgt das dann pop ups kommen , und man mehrfach sagt das man nicht sagen kann ,einem word noch geantwortet sondern es word einfach aufgelegt... geht lieber zur Bank und macht es in person es ist schlimm wie man egal wie freundlich man versucht zu kooperieren man angeschnallt word wie als hatte man nem kind den Lutscher geklaut wirklich schrecklich
absolutely horrible. i have waited for more than 20 minutes from 11:20 to 11:50 on friday on December 19 and not a single person showed up
The first time I tried to use the app it froze while I was connected with a person carrying out identification. When I tried again the app no longer even let me get to that stage - as I scanned my passport it said I needed to make sure I was scanning the back and front of the same document (I was). I tried again the next day and everything worked ok, but I wasted a lot of time.
App does not work, keeps crashing
Only front camera works with this app, so verification is not possible. On the web app, the first agent was rude and just told me to use this app instead and hung up. Second agent was helpful.
The representative was very unfriendly and when I trouble understanding his very strong German accent and fast talking (no English option is offered) he simply said we can't continue and hung up. Thank god for PostIdent. IDnow never again.
The slowest and most uncomunicative app that I've ever encountered.
audio didn't work, had to use a headset. then the app refuses to allow Bluetooth headsets so I had to rummage around to a compatible cable. if you try to use the website instead the people verifying you can't handle that the webcam is mirrored. also, why is any of this even necessary in the age of eID

It cut me off three times in the middle and I had to start over. then I had to get my wife to hold the camera while I held the passport in one hand and pointed my finger against it with the other hand. It all took half an hour.
i entered the Identification code, press enter, then it didnt do anything. the app just closed my keyboard and reopen it again. There wasnt even any error code. Poorly made app!
Nightmare
It keeps saying bad connection. Reinstalled, restarted phone, did everything but this is not working. Pathetic app. Did everything they suggested in email reaponse. They have some issue with browser app too. I wish I could give negative stars. Wow, everything else is working, your app is the only one "checking and failing"
I tried roughly 10 times until it worked on several phones and a macbook m3. It was not connecting even though both my wifi and my 5g phone were showing Internet speeds of over 100 mbps. I had a similar experience 10 months ago. For such an important app, these problems are not acceptable.
The app is buggy, the check for network connection always fails for me.
App tends to lock at the end of the call. Putting into the background and back in focus helped.
