scam apps. i am clicking offer to install rise of kingdoms in this app for hearts to vote. but they just suddenly won't give me the hearts they promise and when i reported they just called me fraud without giving any explanation and proof. despite i am doing what the app told me to do and even already spent 20$ in the rise of kingdom app. what a bunch of scammers. i just got scammed of my time and money.

My account using Facebook keeps logging out since Jan 2 and today (Jan 15) I can't log in anymore. I already uninstall many times.

the app is smooth, that's good but the bad side is the voting system where you keep giving 2 rubies, so what's the point you make the roulette for with 10 rounds limitations. also 1 vote=20 votes? if you keep giving 2 rubies for 1 round, it means 1 vote per day only can be done... bfr
Everytime single time i try to watch ads the response is always "There is not enough ads". I don't have such issue in any other app like Mubeat, Fancast, or FannStar. They block the only method to earn free rubies so that fans have to spend money to buy rubies to support their fav artist. So tired of this app.
The spinner to earn Ruby includes 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, 25, 50, and 100 Rubies, but all the time it stops on 2 or 4 rubies... It's not fair.
Terrible app. can never run the roulette wheel to get rubies. they keep spamming blue hearts for daily activity. what are they used for anyways ?? Ruby chamsim empire after 90 days... why? so now we can't collect and keep them to use when we need them. I wanted to buy chamsim but I don't feel like it. even purchase bonuses expire. what's the point of buying then? this app just keeps getting useless every update

It’s really frustrating when I spin the roulette - sometimes it never stops, and even when it does, I always get just 2 rubies.
This app is trash. they say "watch adds to play the roulette" but they NEVER have ads, they make you wait as long as an ad plays just to say we're finding ads. they they never find ads and say sorry try again later. they just waste your time waiting for the ad, never show the ad and you never get to play roulette because you need to watch an ad to play it
always error, after watching ads there's this error always saying "chamsim history", no pink chamsim earned after watching ads the roulette keep on spinning then error, almost 10x already, i rate this 0.5 not 1, your app is wasting my data

An error code doesn't allow me to open the app when using data but allows me to use the app on WiFi Please fix this problem so it can be opened for both

Most pathetic app I have ever seen. I don't know how they are using this app for voting. For daily attendance, ad is not loading and I can't even get rewards. I can't play roulette because ad is not loading there too. Then how can I get rewards for voting?

I lost 8 years of hardwork because Idol champ wouldn't let me log in anymore with Facebook. There isn't any option to switch or transfer accounts. You just wake up one day and see you've lost your account. Horrible. Why have Facebook as an option to log into the app if it's useful. The developers be treating customers the way company treats idols. Just Horrible. Zero responsibility.
