Take note that when you subscribe to ieGeek you won't see an option ANYWHERE to Cancel Subscriptions. I've contacted them to request them to cancel and they've asked for the s/n numbers of all my cameras which are located on the camera's themselves and I can't get to them as I'm disabled and paid someone to mount my cameras. Why would they need the serial numbers anyway? They have nothing to do with Subscription payments, I didn't need the s/n numbers to sign up to pay so why now? Dodgy!!!!

Old camera app was ieGeek, bought another ieGeek camera but app now ieGeek Cam app. Can't use one app for both cameras. Also find the bracket to wall mount design has changed so screw holes can't be reused. New app is slow, and clunky compared to earlier Sricam. Why isn't there stop start rewind button for clips either, makes viewing a slog. These are now landfill.

since the newest update the app has been playing up a lot!! I can't even get the live feed most of the time now and my alert notifications for humanoid detection are absolutely useless!! even though I have reset the device and changed the settings on many occasions now and it still won't work properly!! not impressed at all as I rely on this device to keep me and my family and my car 'safe'!! if I can't get it sorted then I will be buying another brand instead 😑
it won't load on my phone
ieGeek has turned this app into a sneaky way to push iegeek owners to the iegeek subscription service. My camera now shows the 1st 7 seconds of video from their free cloud storage and THEN starts recording on our SD card, and by that time, whatever triggered the motion detector, is long gone. The free 7 seconds is not long enough and they ALWAYS push an upgrade to their subscription service. I really wish I had bought a cam from another company.
camera stopped working, shows as connected but comes up as lens disabled. tried restarting it but nothing, waste of time and money at this rate. anyone know how to put it right?
Latest firmware update has ruined the cameras. Motion detection alarms 500-600 times a day when sensitivity on LOW, pointing at a stationary car. Human detection removed, it didn't work anyway. Why would I buy any more from this company?
New update is horrible and even though they claim you can revert to the original version that actually works, that is seemingly a lie as I've gone through every setting multiple times and there's no option to revert.
worst brand ever. it doesen t matter what adjustment phisycaly or in the app i do, people are catch on the screen only split of a second when they are going already out of covered area. so annoying. i never get people from start to end of active area. NEVER. don t ever waste your money withbthis brand. this is what i called : STEALING OUR MONEY IN AN HONEST WAY. ZEROOOO stars
this sucks I can even get the android app to open it does nothing and my mother is home alone right now while I am working and now I can't talk to her this is not right and after I wrote this review it won't let me send it
cancel my subscription the same day now and not getting my money 29.99
App worked great for 6 months. Now I cannot review any video even though is present in memory. I have 5 cameras. It must be the app. No one replies when I send messages to the support website. Very disappointed.
Do not buy!!! Customer service is none existent blaming the Internet for it failing to record loads! Unreliable. Expensive!!! Rubbish. Please search a reputable company and buy from there
Excessive battery drain, shown as most use of all apps in battery stats. Even if I've not used it!
it is a very basic app, very primitive, we can't even see what IP address it has been allocated, most useless information we don't need is available but any crucial piece of information is not shown, oh yeah let's hear it again, security c*a*, right? if you create an app, make sure it is usable.
where is the sim card that supposed to be with it
The app is what I have SUCH issues with. It works some days... not all.... and it is always a "connection" issue when I know it is not the connection when I can go sit in my car in my driveway and use my wifi... Thinking it might be time to just upgrade and that sucks because I literally got these a year ago. Just seems the software and everything is outdated if it is having such connection issues.
