USELESS APP very very very bad app please improve more
I purchased the lifetime course for Rs199 and accordingly I was directed to download this app. But after I have downloaded.... the contrast on the reading passage and question is so bad. (it's light blue grey on white background) I am unable to read. How do I practice? Help me to fix it or enable a refund.

Very disappointed with the response to my query. courses doesn't cover writing modules courses or mock tests for general . When asked about this initially I was asked to check in the website and asked to upgrade my subscription. After doing both I couldn't see these videos or tests in the app. Thinking it could be a technical issue, I approached the team again. To my utter disappointment, I was told to refer to "YOUTUBE " if want and also asked "Do you expect to receive all content for 199?"

Although the problem was resolved later, the overall experience was not satisfactory.

It is the worst app I ever found initially,I paid 199 for the mock tests and recorded lessons, then I got the call from the team for registration. Now I am not able to login my id automatically got logged out and even if I tried different methods i can't login back. even if you are using this app don't ever attend the masterclass, it is a sale idea and you won't get access to the app anymore.
I have purchased a lifetime premium but now I am not able to access my account whenever I am trying to login using my mobile number it's not logged in. It just says "oops something went wrong"
one of the worst and fake app i have ever seen.. even if I submit my answers correctly they show i have not submitted... this app is really frustrating
One of the worse app, it couldn't even detect your accent and simply says you're miss pronouncing it. Worse part is the listening test, it reduce your marks for simply not using capital letters, for IELTS it doesn't matter if u use all caps or all small letter, since it's literally fill in the blanks. Waste of time and waste of money
The app is showing wrong feedback - Mistakes in spelling and grammar, and there's popup that you're not into band 8, and asks to join masterclass. Looks like some cheap strategy to sell. Go for trusted apps, uninstalled
I highly recommend not using this platform. once you make payment you will get notification that something wrong happens to the payment but payment has already been deducted from the individual's account. And when individuals try to connect with them they don't reply even after giving the evidence like a screenshot of the payment. So, I would highly recommend everyone to not use this platform otherwise you guys will also get cheated.
app not working after verifying otp.
I was unable to access premium contents even after purchasing it twice this month and customer support is also not resolving my issues instead it asks for screenshot and when I send them , the chat closes automatically without resolving my issues .
Terrible App and Terrible courses , It's a TOTAL waste of time. Well you actually don't mention the benefits of your plans clearly, In app mentions are different from the ones trainers mention.. Trainers will encourage you to purchase a plan and they ensures that they'll guide you throughout the course but right after your purchase the trainer won't even be available, saying that you have to purchase another expensive plan for a trainer.. So , wt the hell you people jst care about money not ppl.
App trap in timing. it's time run too quick when you give any test. That can be demotivate you.

Payment done but not provided
they charged 12000rs from me for IELTS preparation. Until I complete the payment they followed me through continuous phone calls later after my payment was done. Now, they are not responding to my calls , not sent any preparation material and not started the course as well. I can attach the screenshots of the money I paid also this is the worst experience I had.

Worst choice if you purchase this app in case you are looking to study the ielts course.. Please go with the other app.The test modules are the worst experience I faced a lot in the test and mock test there are glitches, technical errors and not able to update the answers for the given answers.. Worst experience and worst app

if there was an option to choose minus star or half star I would choose that, this app lags, i made purchase of 99 premium but that not showing up. it support chat it's saying me upload the ss, even that upload button isn't working moreover the chat isn't working. I want the the refund.

Content is great but the app experience is very bad it crashes unexpected many times also infinite loading sometimes and the tests give wrong results even when marked correctly Please work towards betterment of this app. It does not match the quality of content app offers...
Inconsistent marking. Marks correct answers as incorrect giving baseless reasons. Better to follow official books instead of this app.

99 rupees classes don't provide any live sessions , for 99 the course contents are Good , I think . Maybe some marketing error or false/fake marketing

The app was working pretty good initially. Overall, the class and mock tests are impressive. But now, it does not responding to the answers I have done, pretending like it didn't receive any answers. Needs help!!
