The app (and the website) are completely broken. you can't search for products anymore. it returns zero products no matter what I search for. completely useless app.

app is completely broken. When selecting a store close to me I can't search product anymore, as if the store was empty.
How am I supposed to log into my account when I'm not given sufficient time to do so? And even when I do get the code in, it still doesn't allow me access.
THE NEW APP SUCKS!!!!!
On iOS the app was ok but on Android 13, it struggles, long time to load the info... when it does. Edit: now in November, it crashes at start up. Edit 2: it's been finally fixed. Edit 3 for 2026: changing an interface just to change it completely, no real gain on the customer side, just money for developers.
Changed from 5 stars to 1 since the update app is terrible, when I click on flyer item doesn't appear correctly in my list, can't see my scene points unless I search for them and always glitching!

The 2 last updates are a disaster, further more, it amounts to false advertizing as the digital offers don't load when we pass the cash out. IGA is attracting customers on false pretences.
Edit: I have have contacted the company and the app ia only good for Quebec. this should be listed in the title or description. can't see anything but Quebec flyers and offers. I go to store locator and get nothing for BC
This app is not free. We pay for it in our groceries and since IGA is one of the most expensive grocer, we deserve better. The latest update is a major step back. Only 1 shopping list, items can't be checked, just deleted, no landscape anymore, looking for produce doesn't show brands or prices, offers are not bringing points,... the list is endless. Can't you get proper developers? If not improved, I'll soon be looking for another grocer with a proper app. Don't tell me to contact you, fix it!
depuis la mise a jour, je suis même plus capable d'ouvrir l'application. l'écran flash blanc et noir pendant plusieurs dizaines de secondes. ensuite parfois la page principale arrive... et toute est vide.
ne fonctionne plus du tout, inutilisable, impossible de sélectionner la langue (français)
I don t like the app anymore, to many changes and can t order from the app anymore, forcing us to order from Voilà app, this is a real pain. Sometime changes are not good and this is one of them !! 😡😡😡
lousy app for contests all those little games would start but you can't play them it continues to have the loading circle preventing you from playing.
work fine until the new update. most items are out of stock or no images and no choice of size it is just misleading,confusing and unworkable! until big changes you lost a customer..plz bring back the older version.
App was working perfectly fine until the Feb.2026 update. Now it won't even open & keeps bugging. I am thinking about uninstalling it because it's become unusable. Why change something that was working well prior to that update ?
L'application ne fonctionne plus depuis quelques jours déjà. On me dit que je suis hors-ligne alors que ce n'est pas le cas. MISE À JOUR - Problème promptement réglé par le support technique. Se mérite de nouveau 5 étoiles 😊 Depuis un certain temps, l'application ne m'est plus d'aucune utilité. En effet, peu importe le produit recherché, la réponse est toujours la même, c'est-à-dire "Aucun résultat trouvé pour...".
stopped working says I'm offline. cleared cache and data. restart the phone. Uninstaller and reinstalled. same error Samsung S20 FE

I tried a million times to login. even created a new account. always my account is temporarily locked out. so frustrating, spent 20 mins standing in IGA trying to figure this out. it should not be like this. and I know my husband is an app developer.

cant sign in. i put my email/password and it verifies that im human but nothing happens, so i tap "login" again and it asks for the same thing, email/password/verify. and nothing happens... now im locked out of my account. what a piece of garbage app

completely useless to me... automatically set my favorite IGA store... in Quebec... 2,000kms away... won't allow me to change it and doesn't recognize my IGA store location that is mere blocks from me... I don't need Quebec flyers/prices for shopping!!!

worst app ever, can't see offers, already add my scene card. i works once. but now says that I need to add my scene card. I tried not working... I hate it. Don't border with this. It's a waste of time!

This is the most ridiculous app that I ever used keeps forgetting my password and login information and I end up losing points every time I want to make a purchase not worth having it total bogus
Not very nice. Always having issues with the Province and my email address for Scene+
Keep getting signed out once in a while. Very inconvenient when I'm at the cash register and waisting my time. I keep an screenshot of my card instead and take more steps to find it. It's frustrating to keep signing in.
Cannot access iga stamps record, wont accept scene number. Go figure
When I open the app, it gets stuck on the "What are you shopping for?" screen. I cannot save or exit the screen. Time to delete the app.

Your app keeps asking me to confirm I'm not a robot and nothing else. No weird captcha things, nothing, just asks me to confirm I'm not a robot. Not worth the hassle.

What's with the new update! Searching for items has become a chore. Missing images, missing products couldn't even find "farine d'amande" in the French interface it kept deleting my apostrophe in the search box. I had to enter the product manually. Some portion of the app is nice but I miss the old way of searching. I'm asking for a certain product I'm getting everything else that includes the ingredient instead of getting the ingredient itself. Disappointing!
Was fine until the recent update made you choose your store.... Bought the items that were downloaded didn't receive any points 👎
