A bit confusing how this app is used and also a bit glitchy. do we tap the barcode. and then have to pay with the card set up in wallet. which btw doesn't work after set up. UX can really be improved.
It has one of those pulse functions you can't turn off - so every button you press the phone has a little vibration. Horrible if you don't like that sort of thing. It does not record each purchase even if you scan it at the checkout. Sometimes it seems that the checkout assistant doesn't really care to make sure it registers. But overall this is a messy App that promises rewards but delivers not much at all. So unreliable it isn't worth the effort.

Extremely unstable on my device, occasionally causes the whole phone to freeze and I need to force shut down the entire device.

The bigger supermarkets have more variety and more relevant rewards and I have no interest in studying this app or another comparing where I'm going to shop for what item. I understand exactly how the rewards system works. IGA cash back is useless to me because I shop elsewhere as it is cheaper for most items and other loyalty points are more valuable to me with their own cash back rewards

My local IGA was giving out these leaflets promoting the new IGA Cash Back scheme. However when I went to join my local isn't even listed as a participating store! Why aren't all IGA stores included? It's bad enough rural areas are forced to pay exorbitant prices for low-quality produce, now we're excluded from your rewards programme.
can't get it to log in. Tried everything..
Hardly a rewards program. Not worth the effort of even scanning, tiny discounts only when you buy very specific products. Honestly don't know why they bothered building an app with such a weak loyalty proposition.

Still hopeless, sends sms each time you TRY to sign in and won't accept their own sms code. Definitely will uninstall and never again
tried to log in and got message to say wrong email or password, so clicked on "forgot my password" and keep getting an error message. can't even get started, so not much good to me....

Tried to log in after installing app, sent me a code which I entered but the app does nothing when I click verify except says I need to enter the code, that's already entered in the code boxes? Tried 'resend code' hoping to get a new code to enter but it just resends same code and still does nothing. Annoying af, don't waste your time

went to download ,but can't as it's putting up msg that this app isn't compatible with my device . not happy.
What's the point! Every time I open the app I have to login with my password and get a 2FA code! Seriously, it's a shopping app. Oh yeah, about that, you can't even shop within the app. In conclusion, it is pointless.
i,ve had problems with logging into the app where its stopped working so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to getting the same issue. when will this be fixed?
I registered my phone number and it sent me a code. I didn't enter the code in time and when I try to resend the code it says my number is already in use. It is, by me! Just send me the code!
IGA Cash Back Rewards app works perfectly fine, but the concept is poor as the weekly Rewards Offers are a complete waste of time as they are not items that I have ever bought OR would ever buy! Other Supermarket's Member's Rewards Offers are based upon products that I have previously purchased OR similar products that I might buy so therefore they are of value to me. Due to the IGA Rewards Offers being of no value to me I've not earned any Cash Back rewards to use in their supermarkets to date.
appalling. I have a card accepted at the checkout for 2 years. Rewards app won't recognise yet the counter does. Amateur hour....... no help line, no contact numbers in app.
doesn't work. I got a card in store and the card number isn't recognized by the app. pointless app.

faulty app, everytime I try to use this app i sign in using my email then put the code in that was sent to my mobile then it boots me out and makes me sign in and put another code in. it won't let me sign in at all.
I had install and uninstall the app 5 times. I put all my details I registered and tells me about my mobile number in use when I had to uninstall it again

I couldn't exit the app and it froze and crashed my entire phone.
so easy to get rewards but ... now I use my iga visa as I my phone hasn't got tap pay on it.. ripped off .. I need to use it but no I had work out with nothing.. why cant you just put it on your rewards card.
difficult to use. wont work on my Galaxy fold. not all purchases go towards cash back.
not great concept really only get points or cash back on specific products changed the concept to make it similar to everyday rewards and coles reward.
Not a user friendly app. Difficult to even change rewards card numbers.

Good app but annoying that you need to sign in each time and have to verify via SMS. Please either allow biometrics to sign back in without password and verification or at least implement the SMS Retrieval API so that we don't have to manually input the sms verification code.
