Unresponsive customer support when there's an issue
UI/UX immonde. Arrêtez de refourguer des changements qui complexifient l'application inutilement. En particulier en forçant les accès aux sites lorsqu'ils sont dans les favoris alors que l'on souhaite simplement voir les réductions.
Impossible de démarrer l'application sur mon S23 Ultra. "Une erreur vient de se produire" s'affiche en permanence.
The app is not optimised for all phones, mainly edge to edge (E2E) screen utilisation feature. Its annoying, it occupies space from my navigation bar. I can't access the most important features in app which are located at the bottom. They need to fix this.

⚠️ Scam Alert! This app is a scam. I reached the payout threshold (about €30), and ever since then, they’ve been making excuse after excuse to avoid sending the money. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and still no response or withdrawal. Don’t waste your time - they lure you in with fake promises but never actually pay. Stay away!
Entreprise pas honnête, a deux reprises ils m'ont refusé des cashback qui étaient absolument compatible le jour de mes achats. Il a fallut que je bataille avec eux afin de pouvoir percevoir mes cashback. Un conseil privilégier leurs concurrents ou bien vous prenez conscience que vous allez sûrement devoir vous batailler avec eux.
In the interests of iGraals self promotion page popping in the middle of payment of goods, it looks like it aborted my purchase. Good luck if you try it.

Total scam! It pretends to work until you reach up to 18€, and then you can't cashback anymore to reach the 20 they owe you! Plus no answer from the help center, supposed tok reply within 48h (it's been 2 weeks). Full scam!

Impossible to get the cashback! When I try to get the money collected from the cashback, the app asks for a security code sent to my email adress, but they don't send any mail (not in the spam). I have tried for the last month, but nothing!

Immer wieder findet iGraal einen Grund das Cashback nicht frei zu geben. Nur sehr selten klappt es. Die "beste" Erklärung hat meine Frau erhalten: Laut iGraal würde ihr Partnershop nicht kontrollieren wollen, ob Sie wirklich das Angebot über die iGraal App benutzt hat. Liebes IGraal : dann darfst du auch keine Kunden damit locken. Dies ist den Aufwand nicht Wert, vor allem da die Verlinkung von der App zu den Partnershops im Internet äußerst träge ist.

When I am trying to use the app or the website it says to me "The server returned an invalid or incomplete response" go and solve those problem.
every time there is an update it stops working. when it does work, the cash back works fine

When I open the app, it says in German that there is an error and that I should try again later. I had the same problem yesterday already. Is the app broken?
N'autorisez pas les notifications sinon c'est un permanent déluge de non sens qui s'abattra sur vous.
Ils valident 70% des cashback qui sont ee petites valeurs. Le reste vous disent que vous avez utilisé un coupon ou bon de réduction. Ils vous arnaquent sur presque la moitié. Le mieux c'est d'opter pour une carte cashback.
