I make an order since april 12, and till now not shipped, and they said due to the situation in middle east region. Many flights came during those 20 days and for them it not important. And the help line is more worse.
The delivery in Cyprus, starts to become completely unacceptable. Delays and a lot of days. Find another provider, I had enouph this year. DHL was delivering much quicker but they were charging too much shipping. Find another provider or agree with DHL to have low rate fixed fee, for delivery. Take measures now, since you destroy your name. I shop for years, but this latest time was the worst in deliveries.

If you have an issue, you are out of luck. No refunds for anything, even if it's their mistake.
i dont know what happen iherb but im a regular customer of yours for my daughter who has autism..when the product was made deliver the product was not in good shape and the medicine has leaked the deliver was not made in date the box has been totally wrecked..please make sure the delivery is secured and does not change the quality
First time using iherb. And face so many problem. Problem with delivery, courier failed attempt to deliver. Then want to report to customer service. Customer service page can't load on app. This is my first and last buy on iherb
My orders haven't gone through in three months. perfect example of a company investing in an AI chatbot and nothing else that makes a company run. They blame me for their payment processing errors, even though THEIR software caused the issue.
Most useless App. You can't use it to order for a product to Nigeria. i have tried it many times. highly disappoited.
well reading the reviews i want bother ordering off this site.I not getting stuck ahain with companies having my card details .And having to complain to bank because i tryed to buy products that never turn up . or that product is a not true they don't work because they are false products GLP-1 .

There is also the problem of delivery drivers for this company and others who are lazy or in just too big of a hurry to follow and pay attention to specific instructions for my deliveries.
While ordering items is easy, receiving them - not so much. They use GLS couriers & despite me asking for it to be delivered to my home it's been dropped off at a Parcel Pick Up point on the other side of town, with no warning 😤 Last time this happened I went to the P U Point & it wasn't there. The time before that it was delivered to the next town, 45 minutes away.
