Wasn't worth having on my phone.
Can't remember last time it worked. Won't even let me log in anymore. Even without logging in, search function cannot find any hotels. Useless.
Stupid app if I select 2 adults it shows the room, but I add my 6 year old kid it says no room for 3 persons. So I need to book separate room for my 5 year old what logic is this. If I just book 2 adults and go they will ask why didn't you mention kid.

This has been a feature in Android since version 9.0. We are in version 16 of Android and we still don't have this feature support from you guys. It's unacceptable. No one wants to look at all this blinding white in 2026.

ihg hotels steal customer deposits. very shady business practices.
slow to load
I'm a diamond member but the app keeps kicking me out and I can't use my finger print to log back in. I use this almost everyday traveling for work. But when I can't Ill will use another motel.

they use dynamic pricing so if you search twice they increase the price by 10%. rip off

There's no option to download PDF (printable version with credit card I used) invoice for business trips. Digital Concierge doesn't work! Download bill after digital checkout also doesn't work (Something went wrong message)
randomly stops working. today I had to reset password. uninstall and reinstall 3 times and the app still will not allow me to log in. now I am stuck waiting 24 hours for IT to sort it out. had zero issue yesterday and I use this app for work, with reservations being made every week. incredible hassle to change password and go thru the Uninstall process all to have no solution. previous solution worked, but now app is unavailable yet again. this is almost weekly at this point.
I have used this app off and on, every time I use it. I understand why I've not been using it. I recommend, skip this one.
The app works half the time to check out and the rewards aren't very good.
