I would love to use this app, however any time I locate my local store and select "order now" I get the error message "Store code not found"
really stressful to order online instead of in person. while I worked out the app and entered my cc, other people ordered in person way faster. I wasted more time trying to use the app than it's worth.
Would not allow me to use the Google pay option with a valid card that I use all the time. Had to order inside and they didn't give app rewards, only rewards for the gas station they are located in.

App does not show certain menu items then would not accept payment when I tried to check out. It also did not give me an error code to figure out what was wrong
I love ike's. But the app is seriously outdated. The inability to to order certain items they have on the menu is frustrating. Simple things like fries or even different flavors of drinks. I've already reported the issues and will continue to. But overall not a good user experience.

Edit: They added a digital service fee and the delivery fee is already high My favorite sandwich shop of all time! Absolutely fantastic food and great staff. BUT please fix your app! Anytime I try to order two sandwiches at once the app will crash and I'll lose my order... Big bummer from possibly the best sandwich shop in the US
app does not allow me to use my free welcome sandwich. I have earned a free sandwich with my first purchase now that it's in my rewards i cannot redeem. Went to physical store and they did not let me redeem my rewards. Totally unfair Ikes. please fix the app to allow rewards to be redeemed.

"I am writing to express my frustration regarding my first experience with your online ordering system. I placed a delivery order directly through the Ike's website, but the driver left the items at the store. When I contacted the store, I was told they could not assist me and that I had to contact DoorDash-despite the fact that I ordered from you directly. While the staff mentioned I could pick up the order myself, that defeats the purpose of paying for delivery.
I tried ordering my sandwich earlier because I know Ike's gets real busy at lunch, when I went to pick it up I saw a few people in the pick up line and no one in the order line, when it got to me it started to get busy it was 12 now and the lady didn't acknowledge me or say anything for the next 10 minutes helping everyone else, it wasn't until a customer cut in front of me impatiently to ask for her sandwich that is when I said I've been waiting then she looked at me and asked my name.
Some frustrating ui elements and design choices. The design language is all over the place, the menus act in weird ways and don't show a lot of needed supplementary information. Ikes is great though.

Ike's is pretty fantastic with plenty of choices for everyone. However, I'm not really a fan of the app. I'm actually a little perturbed at it, actually. You can't earn points (or hearts or whatever it is) unless you use the app. My wife spent $40 last week, and I turned around this past weekend and spent $50 myself, but there's no way to add those receipts on there. Kind of a bummer. I don't ever see myself using the app, like everyone unless I'm just doing take out.
