this app doesn't work on android I guess im sitting next to my girlfriend who has an iPhone and is on the app and when I try on my android it just doesn't want to work lol

don't log me out at random. I was in front of the queue looking for my family card and the app logged me out for no reason. why? all these people waiting for me
Lackluster, unable to change language in different regions. Make it easier to use for non-native speakers in other countries. #translations

Completely useless. In order to access any of the design tools, you need to log in. This login goes into an infinite loop. You get a one-time passcode, it accepts, and then it asks if you want to log in. The process repeats. I bet the design tools are great, but the login is literally turning customers away.
No matter how often I log in (which works on the website), either with password or one-time code, I am being redirected to the login site and I cannot use my account. The app is a joke.
For a world famous company, they really have a poor app. it's not user-friendly at all. Also, assortment is an issue.

Worst App ever. Unable to log in without a code but when you go to your email and then back to the app you have to start over. Impossible to log on and when I asked in the new store I was told I need 2 phones or a phone and a tablet or it will keep resetting.... unable to use my birthday gift from Ikea unless I can get on the app they told me...
tried to login from sweden and it asks for my email and keeps me trying to create new family account.
I found that ikea has best things so I downloaded but they're not offering any product to my city .. which is very disappointed 😞 😥 ..

okrutnie nieintuicyjna aplikacja, dostępność produktów zmienia się jak w kalejdoskopie, przeklikanie zmiany sposobu dostawy graniczy z cudem i zajmuje 5 minut żeby w ogóle znaleźć taką opcję. domyślnie wybiera się odbiór osobisty w sklepie lub droga dostawa kurierem. ok, jak już znajdziecie tą opcję i chcecie dodać coś do koszyka okazuje się, że dostawa do paczkomatu jest jednak niedostępna. nigdzie nie wyświetla się, że ten czy ten produkt jest za duży - po prostu ta opcja znika. TRAGEDIA

I'm suddenly logged in as the wrong person...
I reinstalled app on Moto g35 5g (UK) after having had no previous problems last time the app was on the same phone. This time I can't get to login at all. Been on IKEA chat who've said uninstall, reinstall, clear cache etc and no joy. Can log in on webpage but was in IKEA and app didn't load at all. Anyone else had this?
ikea service is less than 1 star according to me experience regarding describing things exaggerating too much when it comes to return then they finding excuses for not returning...
Forget my pass, trying to login. Any activity requires confirmation with code from email. Which I never receive! not in spam, nor anywhere. I thought it's just for confirmation, and tried to create new acc. same problem happen. Your email service does not work!
Useless. I'm in the store trying to scan items, but it keeps dumping me on a page where I have to select a store and then tells me there are no stores.
My phone has crashed twice months apart when I opened the IKEA app in IKEA - it's never done it another time
slow and nonresponsive. Useless like the staff. App didn't complete payment yet Google wallet showed confirmed. Couldn't get receipt and had to wait forever and 2 staff to complete the transaction. you're better off going to Kmart. Ikea get some staff that put serving customers over chatting with other staff
