this app was not Good staff didn't communicate properly for claim and Don't proper reply it. that staff has given you policies without any details they can say on you call misinformation but reality was changed if you claim your policy if you can pay the premium for policy but didn't provide any single satisfaction.

Mera experience ICICI Lombard ke saath bahut hi bad raha. Sirf ek visit/interaction ke baad hi mujhe unki taraf se excessive marketing calls aane lage. Maine clearly unko bola tha ki mera number DND pe daal do aur calls band karo, lekin phir bhi calls nonstop aate rahe. Yeh behaviour bilkul unprofessional hai aur customer privacy aur consent ki bilkul respect nahi karta. Multiple requests ke baad bhi unki taraf se koi action nahi liya gaya.

कभी भी कस्टमर को "ICICI LOMBARD HEALTH PLAN" नहीं लेना चाहिए ये लोग पॉलिसी देते समय कोई भी condition नहीं बताते हैं और क्लेम देने के समय 17 बहाने बनाते हैं कोई भी व्यक्ति पहले इनके reviews अच्छे से देखे icici lombard policy लेने से पहले कितने लोग परेशान हैं उनकी पॉलिसी लेकर, 100 में से 95 लोग इनसे संतुष्ट नहीं हैं( कृपया सभी रिव्यू देखकर ही इनकी बातों में फंसे) मैं तो आज ही अपनी पॉलिसी "CARE" में पोर्ट करवा रहा हूं
While taking insurance, the insurance team talks big. But when the time of claim comes, their claim servicer does not even pick up the phone. I have taken a zero depression policy.My car is ready after being repaired in the service centre for the last 10 days but these people are not picking up the phone and have not given any liability till now. mao I contacted customer support and they closed the concern within 2 days without any resolution.

This app experience has been very disappointing. The prescription upload option is not working in the completed OPD section, and because of this issue, I am unable to book another OPD consultation. I have already raised multiple complaints with customer care, but still, there is no proper solution provided. Due to this application issue, the extra BFIT services included in the policy are getting wasted. Very poor application performance and disappointing customer support from IL Take Care.

Since two days, I am trying to open the App but error comes. Updates it but still problem exists. Fitness App of Google, I have given access but App still asked the same again & again. Even after 3 days, there is no response and App has same problem at any time. 😡😡😡😡😡👊👊👊👊

Friends, ICICI Lombard mathi health insurance levani bhul karta nai. Mane jarur hati tyre emne claim pass nathi karyo ane nava nava bahana batavi ne claim reject kari didho che. Policy leti vakhate moti vato kare che pan claim vakhate koi help nathi kartu. My personal advice is, please don't buy any policy from this company. Savdhan rejo!"
Very disappointing experience. I took ICICI Lombard mediclaim in Aug 2025. In Feb 2026, my father was suddenly diagnosed with CKD Stage 5 and hospitalized in ICU. Claim was rejected saying it’s an exemption and not declared earlier, even though it was completely unexpected.Despite multiple follow-ups, no proper support or resolution was given. Paid ₹50,000+ premium but got no help in crisis. Even cancellation request is not processed. Highly frustrating and stressful. Don’t rely on ads.
I have a 4 months old baby and 4 year kid and me and my wife. I wanted to take corporate top up policy but only 3 names are appearing. this app really need an upgrade.

Took a long travel insurance for South East Asia. While traveling the App logged me out, and even with OTP, was impossible to log in, always giving errors. So in case of emergency, this App / service would be useless. Avoid getting Tavel insurance from this company.

I am trying to add my current renewed corporate health insurance policy, but my corporate/employer name is not appearing in the list. I have been trying for the past few days and the same issue persists, due to which I am unable to add my active renewal policy.
I tried to raise a claim but it could not go ahead because the city selection was not working. also when I tried to upload documents in claim the page was not loading.
