Non fa fare la ricarica
One of the most frustrating aspects of this Iliad SIM and its app is the lack of flexibility with data renewal. If you run out of data before the billing cycle ends, there’s no option to renew or top it up early-you’re left without internet access until the next renewal date, which is very inconvenient. Another downside is that the app is only available in Italian. For non-Italian speakers, this makes it difficult to navigate and manage the account, significantly reducing its usability.
Missing the basic change language option
No English language option in the App, this is 2026. there should be multi languages available

Finché non riceverò il rimborso della quota mensile addebitata ma non ricaricata sulla mia scheda SIM, manterrò una stella.
un cesso senza fine.. mezz'ora a cercare di fare una ricarica e dà errore ovviamente a causa di qualche bug nell'app

Ho cambiato la linea qualche giorni fa ma ho scelto la offerta a 5G ma non funziona per NIENTE e lentissima devo spegnere e accendere il telefono 20 volte al giorno mi sono pentita!!
Apparently not supported on Pixel 9a running GrapheneOS. Curious how all my banks' apps work just fine but the iliad app does not.

It worked well until it didn't. Out of the blue, the app stopped supporting my not-so-old phone (Android 13). This is not good for an app like this, which should mirror the client area of the website rather than relying on sophisticated features. I am quite disappointed; it was a good app.
app complicata se uno ha più di una linea. vorrei poter accedere con un solo account, con una sola password, dove appaiono tutti i contratti a me intestati. per fortuna il costumer service è ottimo.

Disfunctional app that takes ages to update payments, full of bugs
Voglio bloccare il mio numero, ma è impossibile farlo. Sicuramente deve essere successo qualcosa a questo numero. In realtà non è successo nulla, semplicemente voglio bloccarlo. Esiste un modulo da inviare, ma solo via fax. Ma chi usa ancora il fax? Lo rendono apposta così complicato. App pessima, azienda pessima.

"Offerte trasparenti" il cavolo. Prova a chiamare un ospedale all'estero in Europa (numeri verdi che dovrebbero essere gratuiti di loro, oltre al fatto che con "roam like home" non dovresti pagare nessuna chiamata in Europa). Iliad ti ruba più di 4 euro al minuto!!!! Ladri

I wanted to create a new connection online, but when trying to pay, the iliad website errors and tells me to try again later. I tried to use the app to register, but it will not let me in without an existing account. Could you please enable registration through the app, or at least let me activate an account via the web by fixing the payment on the website?

Semplice ed essenziale, ma ci sono meno dati che sulla web app. Sulla web app che ho ancora attiva (praticamente, il sito ottimizzato per mobile) si vede anche il traffico con il dettaglio chiamate e qui no. La sensazione è che sia solo uno strumento di marketing per ciucciare dati di consenso e poi fare cross selling. Mi tengo la web app.
App disponibile dopo anni. Widget assente. E richiede consensi per attività di marketing e profilazione (che possono fortunatamente essere rifiutati all'installazione) senza nulla aggiungere alle funzionalità del sito. A questo punto, senza widget, a che serve?
