Extremely hard to converse w a live agent. auto agent couldn't handle my request , but was hard to switch to a live agent. extremely frustrating!!! also impossible to find a phone number to talk to an agent. had to get it from someone else who also had problems. very poor system to navigate, but they are surely quick to charge you! when I did finally talk to an agent, (Bethany) she was very helpful. visiting a satellite office is not convenient if you live 2.5 hrs away!

Im logged in, and it wants me to log in again, but won't take the info. its a very confusing site.
I have not been in Illinois in 14 days and I was charged $0.60 for a toll on May 6, 2026.

Didn't get pending tolls for over a month, almost resulting in fees. Still have to check online which makes the app useless.
It constantly says something went wrong. I can never do anything through the app. It's in need of serious attention.

The website has a glitch and won't let me log into my IPass account after I deactivated my pay by plate account it keeps sending me to the pay by plate account 😤
Has stolen over 15 dollars in toll payment since march 13, I haven't been on the highway since then, last time I checked the toll fee was double the price of a single toll, not 10×

This should be illegal! I can't pay the bills on the app or the website stating there was an error! I've tried for days to see if it was just a weird day. Nope! Just won't work. I see all the other reviews and don't want to be hit with a 400 dollar fine because of their negligence on keeping their sites working! I can't pay if the website or app works!
won't open
doesn't show me the tolls l go through but pulls money from my card for tolls that it doesn't show existed!!
Doesn't always launch, just hangs so I put my account on auto recharge, a good feature for a defective app. Changed credit cards so I got an email stating my card was rejected, odd because I have a $50 credit balance but the app knew. Need to update to a new card but can't get in. Last time this happened I had to call. That's a sign of app failure. Edit: I give up. uninstalled.

4/14/26: you know what, forget it this app just in general has waaayyy too many problems to the point where I have to resort to using the mobile browser site where things work PERFECTLY!! But in the app there are errors EVERYWHERE!!

this is the slowest worst app of all time. literally so frustrating and never told me I had to reload my card until I had 60$ worth of overdue charges.

site Is absolute garbage. had nothing but bad experiences with Illinois tolls. Recently I can't even pay tolls Im being hounded for, it keeps rejecting the expiration date for my card, Ive entered every wich way keeps saying 'must be a valid date'. before the charged me for tolls I already paid, had to call 3 days straight to talk to somebody because of call volume, and still paid twice just to get them off my back. Before this, automatic payment set up, was deleted somehow, and charged fees.
App says I owe $0 but I get paper bills stating otherwise!
The new update not compatible with my phone. ok you want to buy me a new one?
UPDATE 4/6/26.... 9 months and ISSUE STILL NOT FIXED!!! Balance does not update when opening app. App users, refresh screen to get correct balance after opening app.

I've been trying to pay toll and can't do the pay by plate option I called this morning and got disconnected. I called to ight and now its past the hours.
