I haven't taken any subscription but my amount is deducted for yearly subscription I have also mailed but haven't got any reply please solve my issue

I have downloaded this app free for a while, I and click on free trial option but didn't receive any item instead I lost the money, i seek help from Google play but they saying they are saying refund is not from there policy and i contact the support team of ilovepdf but no response please reply me as soon as possible, so that I can find out what exactly is happening

Era excelente. Antes podia enviar una imagen a la aplicación y me daba la opcion de convertir la imagen a pdf. Ahora esa opcion no la da mas de forma directa, y tengo que hacer 10 mil pasos para eso: convertir una foto en pdf.
