Then as soon as you apply for an interesting apartment, you get a message from the listing owner asking you to fill in the same information on another form on a different website. you know what that means? When you fill in the form on the other site, the owner has no idea if you came from plus subscription or not. it's all the same to them. the plus subscription is useless in those cases.
Too many captchas even if you are a paying customer
Ich würde diese App und dieses Unternehmen nicht einmal für Geld nutzen. Es gibt zahlreiche günstigere oder sogar kostenlose Apps und Anbieter, die denselben Zweck erfüllen und bei der Wohnungssuche in Deutschland, inklusive Bonitätsprüfung, deutlich effektiver sind. Dieses Unternehmen mischt sich in den Prozess ein, beispielsweise in die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, und verlangt dafür dann einen Aufpreis. I must admit, I anticipate I might come to regret this, but my experience with this application has not been successful. Rather than proving to be more convenient and beneficial, it appears one must pay, and then numerous unnecessary documents are requested. The application has not offered any assistance whatsoever. My conclusion is that it would be wise to avoid expending your resources and time on this. The administrative complexities of this application are unlikely to be of help.
app doesn't work properly
App ist technische schlecht. Ständig wird man ausgeloggt. Upgrade des Pakets über die App nicht möglich. Angebote kommen per Push nicht immer an. Sehr teuer und unflexibel Preisstruktur. Der Großteil der Angebote ist von Wohnungsswap. Am 5.4.26 sind 75% der Angebote Swap Angebote. Von den 25% sind wiederum über 50% im sogenannten Mieternetzwerk. Suchfilter bis 900€ Warm im einer Großstadt. Heißt uninteressant wenn man nicht schon in der Stadt selber wohnt.
I am trying to find a flat in Berlin for a very long time now. I am paying for the premium subscription, and I get very few invites, despite having the profile in order and applying to dozens of places a day. If everybody is paying the subscription to get "ahead" - I don't think this is exclusive anymore. update: the app got even worse. Now I'm shown only subletting apartments without the possibility to filter them out. also it got very clutterd.

Aufgrund meiner schlechten Erfahrung kann ich es überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Die kostenpflichtige Version wird aktiviert und der Vertrag verlängert sich automatisch, ohne dass man es merkt, und es gibt keinen Support, der antwortet.💩💩

The app is full of scammers and fake listings. It's almost impossible to find something real even with a premium subscription. There's no point in using the app.

This app is a disaster. I'm selling my apartment, paying for this and getting spammed by agents. Constantly. They don't care about breaking the law and this platform doesn't do anything about it. Messages from agents stay on top as they are plus members.

VORSICHT!! ABOFALLE!! Immoscout24 werden von mir 24,99€ jeden monat kassiert haben bis August 2026 für services (nutzlose services) das ich nicht genutzt habe. Das ist 300€ kassiert für absolut nichts tun. Wenn man zu seinen service stehen kann braucht man die kunden nicht gefangen halten in einen Abofalle. Es gibt KEIN anständigen grund Kunden fest zu halten in ein Vertrag das sie nicht nutzen und nicht wollen, ausser Geld aus deren Tasche ab zu Socken!! Also ABZOCKER!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I signed up for a 3-month subscription, but I continued to be charged even after that period. I reached out multiple times via email, clearly asking for the subscription to be deactivated and for a refund to be processed, but my requests were ignored. The lack of customer support is frustrating. If you’re considering paying for a subscription, be cautious. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app to anyone
i already cancelled my contract but still they continue deducting your bank every month and you didn't help to find a house!!!
It is a terrible app and even more terrible service. The moment they realize that you're actively looking for a flat, almost all offers become for subscribers only. Like, I am not going to pay for a useless subscription that will cost me 35 euros a month, only to be able to write a message! It is a rip-off.

I don't understand why it gets such a high rating. I am not recommending this app or its paid version; it is completely irrelevant for finding an apartment. This might only be my experience, but I have noticed the same with many of my friends. Don’t go for the paid version. I recommend Kleinanzeigen instead.
Absolut schlecht! wieso kann man alte Einträge nicht definitiv löschen? . wieso zeigt mein App symbol immer noch Meldugnen obwohl ich sie bereits gesehn habe? Wieso finde ich unter Empfehlungen andere Immobilien als unter meinem Suchauftrag? Und wenn das alles ganz anders funktioniert, gibt es ein Einführungsvideo?
You must pay or you will never find an apartment. Not usable without a subscription and even with a subscription, they will try to sell you some more expensive plan. Ads are present even with a subscription. Disgusting company.
Monopol mit Monopolverhalten Mieter müssen alle Daten Darlegen, es gibt quasi keine Konkurrenz mehr, und Vermieter werden zu keinen Richtlinien gehalten. es gibt seltenst Grundrisse (sollte mindestens Standard sein wenn man ZAHLEN muss um eine Wohnung zu finden). Vermieter schicke Termine mal per Mail, mal per Nachricht, mal per Terminsystem. Pures Chaos, weil auf der Gegenseite alle machen können was sie wollen. Oft Kein Feedback von Makler / Vermietern - auch das sollte mindestens sein.
Diese App ist wirklich eine Katastrophe - total unpraktisch und macht die Wohnungssuche nur noch stressiger. Der Support (bzw. der Agent "Mrs. Whg Tiko“) schreibt mir ständig Nachrichten, aber sobald ich antworte oder selbst eine Anfrage stelle, kommt absolut gar nichts zurück. Ich versuche seit Tagen/Wochen vergeblich, ihn zu erreichen - keine einzige Antwort, kein Rückruf, einfach null Reaktion. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch schlecht, total unhöflich und null kundenorientiert.

I paid for one full year on this platform, expecting a number of serious apartment offers. Instead, I received almost no genuine replies and encountered a significant number of scam listings. Many of the advertised apartments were clearly not real. Which my info just got stolen maybe without taking a serious actions after reporting them! This experience has been disappointing and misleading, and I believe it reflects a serious lack of effective controls against fraudulent listings.
Wenig Möglichkeiten in der Free Version. Das "neue Feature" auf Karte / in dem Bereich suchen ist schrecklic. KI feature ist unnötig, 99% der Vorschlag entsprechen überhaupt nicht den Räumen (z.B. andere Maße, Schnitt etc).

Eine extrem schlechte Anwendung. Man kann nur mit einem Abonnement eine Wohnung finden, und selbst wenn man eine Wohnung gefunden hat, läuft das Abonnement weiter. Das System ist völlig sinnlos. Sie tun alles, um den Nutzern das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen.
Mir gefiel das Programm nicht, weil es nicht das gewünschte Haus bot und einem nicht jeden Tag dasselbe Haus präsentierte. Es war eigentlich nicht wirklich nützlich.

Besonders schlimm ist, dass man bei den Wohnungen nie vorher klar erkennen kann, ob man ein Premium Abo braucht, das stellt sich erst heraus, wenn man eine Nachricht schicken will.

Bitte machen Sie die Angabe des Hausgelds für alle Immobilienanzeigen verpflichtend. Es gibt viele Betrüger, die nur darauf aus sind, an Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer zu kommen, indem sie Ihnen irgendwelche Links schicken. Jedes Mal muss man sie kontaktieren und unnötigen Bedingungen zustimmen, nur um den Hausgeldbetrag zu erfahren. Das ist frustrierend, zeitaufwendig und fördert Betrug.
I have to subscribe to another website just so I can text the person. I think there are many scams here just for money.
not that good. we even paid for it but it's not worth it. we always get flats which are just for WBS even though we have enabled the filter. also most of the flats are managed by the bigger companies themselves (you always need to fill a second form after applying on immoscout) so I doubt that immoscout has the right/access to put your application on top there. so all in all I think its wasted money buying the premium Abo here.
habe das "Angebot ausblenden" gefunden. Man kann das von der Karte aus nicht erreichen. das geht nur von den kleinen Vorstellungskärtchen aus. das finde ich leider etwas unübersichtlich und unpraktisch aber immerhin ist das ausblenden wieder möglich. Danke für den Hinweis
I registered forced 3 month paid membership. Although, I used for less than month. It was completely useless for me, and I still have to pay membership fees for another two months for nothing.I was only able to find a house through Kleineinzeige. I recomended people,who thinking to get memebetship, try other websites first.
I paid premium for 5 months but: 1) 1st time I want to rent my apartment they took ages to put it online. 2) On my accout was written that my apartment was posted online which was lie 3) You can not call for help you can only message 4) They are good for companies who have a lot of apartments if you are not run away Save your self some time and dont pay for premium you are wasting your money and time but getting nothing in return!
