It has been 3 weeks and not one of the owners have contacted me. The app deliberately hides them behind paywalls and unnecessary bureaucracy. Terrible app, not recommended.

Pixel 7a, Anzeige einstellen geht nicht
constantly not available due to System error (technical problem) the app is more down than it is up and running.
i put out the house to rent. after. agreeing to pay 99€ every month. days later, they sent and emailed that my account is closed, I should contact them to open my account. I sent an email, but there was no reply. I called today after waiting only for 2o minutes they picked and asked for the customer number, and after that, they said in 15 minutes that my account would be activated again is more than 4 hours now nothing changes. you're not taking 99€ from my bank account👎 thief.
voll mit scams
Benachrichtigungen funktionieren gar nicht, kann man komplett vergessen. Außerdem kriegt Immowelt es nicht hin, Spam-Anbieter wie Wohnungsswap zu sperren. Die inserieren täglich Unmengen an Wohnungen, von denen aber keine einzige über Immowelt kontaktierbar ist, sondern immer nur Hinweise auf deren eigene Plattform enthält, wo man sich anmelden soll. Viel billiger kriegt man wohl keine Werbeanzeige. Fazit: Kann ich sowohl aus technischen als auch aus inhaltlichen Gründen nicht empfehlen.

No one replies i sent multiple requests for booking appointment for visit but no one reached out through message or even emails. I was in a bit rush for booking but was disappointed.
Die App kann offensichtlich nicht richtig filtern. Ich habe ein paar Ortsteile einer Stadt ausgewählt, bekomme aber immer Angebote aus dem weiteren Umland. Das ist ungewünschte Werbung und der Entwickler der App sollte das abstellen.
